You neglect to note that 45's family are also travelling for business purposes. That makes six to seven people who not only are doing business but taking vacations. I don't see why the golf carts are not free only 4 himself. Are the SS people required to run aside his cart? He's making money on his own Secret Service people. In addition, why can't he foot the bill for sleeping quarters at his own hotels. You don't consider that "forced selling" to the American public?
