Canada has leaned left for decades, including having actual socialize healthcare. There is a difference between seeing what doesn't work in another country, and fearing it.

If you are foolish, you refuse to learn. You are probably one of the uninformed that think Canada's "socialized" health care covers all Canadians. It does not. It is full of flaws that would be magnified exponentially in a population our size.

If you want to talk health care, learn something about it first. Your uninformed opinion is irrelevent.

I have a grandson that lives in Canada with his wife and two children. He's waited for four years to get a union job, to no avail. I told him to move here to Florida because the home building jobs are plentiful with a good wage. He refused because Canada is paying him a stipend for each of his children. Most people loose their drive when everything is given to them. Take your Socialism and shove it.
I'm only peddling what has made America great and trying to keep it that way! If you think that Canada is more successful than the USA then you are peddling the wrong thing.

You are so spot on about incentive. My dad used to get so pissed over welfare. He lived through the depression where everyone in the family pitched in and did any work for any amount. They never cried or whined. They put their heads down and got er done. Todays snowflakes have a conniption fit if they lose their Obamaphone.

It's funny that you mentioned the Obamaphone.

Recently the fed published their findings regarding the abuse of those phones, the ridiculous costs, and which politicians own stock in the companies empowered to provide them.

A women I know is terribly upset because 3 of her 4 Obama phones were recently shut off and now she has only 250 minutes/month to talk and her texts are limited to 160 characters.

According to her Trump is Satan and she lost 3 phones she is entitled to.

She is able bodied, is dxd with an emotional disability, but the county pays for someone to spend 2, 4 hour sessions per week, cleaning her apartment for her under the guise of "care giver". The county excuse is rhat if they don't use their funding, they will be cut back next fiscal year.
