my point was just repeal, no replace. ACA is nothing but a cover to get working (and many times struggling) taxpayers to overpay for insurance coverages they don't need to fund people who AREN'T taxpayers.

You are a complete dumbass and idiot as well. I want the MANDATE for ALL people to have insurance for their health, just like most states REQUIRE drivers to have INSURANCE.

You are the idiot! This is what you seem to want from the insurance companies. Let's say you are driving with no insurance. Then YOU cause a tragic car accident where people died and much property damage. YOU want this person to be able to go to a insurance company, buy their insurance tell them to take care of his accident(pre-existing)and not pay more for his premiums. That's a typical liberal. Gimme gimme gimme, because I DON'T have to take responsibility for my actions. God help us, this people breed.

It is not a function of government to provide health care, or to guaranty access to HC insurance.

Just repeal Obamacare as there is nothing in the constitution nor the bill of rights about healthcare or insurance it is the individuals ability to purchase their own Healthcare and insurance get the government out of it.

You are leaving out the part where it is not fair for the insurance companies, will go bankrupt if they must pay for the pre-existing without making those pay for higher premiums Mr. Know so much b.s. Like I said YOU Liberals are about gimme gimme gimme. Not earn it. Mr. pinko Commie. Move to Cuba, that's how they do it over there.

Certainly seems so with the incredibly stupid repeal and replace bills they keep coming up with. With all of the bitching, pissing, whining and moaning they have done for the past 7 years, they should have had some concrete plans to present that would correct all of the flaws they constantly cry about.

So why can't they present something that makes sense? The latest lunacy from the idiot cruz proves just how stupid the gop is, since the insurance companies have analyzed the latest gop crap and advised them how high premiums will increase for sick people.

The gop should get this stupid repeal and replace into law, and it will be so bad, there will never be another conservative/republican president or majority, ever again.

And if this bill becomes law, it will guarantee that trump is a one termer.

You do understand that the piece legislation was unsustainable from the start, right?

You speak of intellect but support legislators that came out and openly told you they didn't even read the Bill, but passed it anyway.
SMH.
Repeal the whole damn thing, stop the constant bleeding.
70 billion here...
100 billion there, and this is just what is going to the exchanges.

It's obvious you have no idea what the ACA really is or what it does. Insurance companies set the prices for insurance premiums and the ACA specifies what services are to be rendered for those premiums. As far as tax payers are concerned, low income people don't earn enough to pay taxes and they make up the majority on Medicaid, which is for the poor and elderly. You have been listening to too much right wing bull shit media outlets because your post parrots the same stupid talking points I constantly hear from those outlets.

Likewise, there is nothing in the constitution that requires an ID to vote, so what's your point.

When's the last time you heard of a health insurance company going bankrupt? Never, so stop with your unsubstantiated, fear mongering comments. Goober logic is rampant in your post.

interesting comment from someone who has no idea what the ACA is. For instance, that the ACA was found to be a TAX by the supreme court, which is the only reason we're stuck with it. And that premiums are significantly higher for those that pay for it, due to things like obstetric care coverage being required (even if you're an over 50 female. As far as the :"poor people" on medicaid that you reference, there is a large population in this country, in case you were unaware, called the working poor, who DON'T get medicaid. What they do get is premium reduction/forgiveness under the ACA. Please educate yourself on these and other facets of this TAX before commenting further on this costful, unmitigated disaster called the ACA.

Look at everything they take over. They always screw it up, make it more expensive, slower, and when it doesn't work they throw more money at it. When that doesn't work over and over, they create another department to oversee that one.
It seems insane.
