There is a schism between the RINOS like McCain and the new young guns like Cruz, Paul and Lee and Jindal and as much as I hate his being in the Gang of Eight and his immigration reform ideas, Rubio is also a gamer. These, whether we like it or not, are the new guys on the block who will one day, one of them will be President. I am a historian. The American people do not like one party in power for too long so they will go with another side regardless of the rhetoric. Show me an example where that has not been so. After both Bush's, regardless who was running, it would have turned out Democratic. The only thing Reps have on their side is the amount of scandals and damage left in the Democratic wake.The only thing Reps also have going for them is that Benghazi killed any hopes for Hillary and thank God on that score or Obama would be in office for another 4 yrs. if he even doesn't invent a "great tragedy" to where he just absolutely "cannot leave his office at this time" which I have no doubt he will try to pull if he thinks Hillary is out.If, God forbid, she happens to, like I believe Obama did, pull some election fraud, then Obama will be her Cheif Advisor and there will be nothing we can do to stop it.

Ding, ding, ding. If the minmum wage were higher, it would push up all the other wages where contracts tie wages to the minimum wage. Which in turn would drive prices higher. Which would make the dollars worth less. So you would be able to buy no more than you can in today's dollars.

I just realized that all of our checks (Social Security) that used to say Social Security Checks now say Social Security Benefits and that was the main reason for getting debit cards to keep the checks going straight to the bank and not to the mailbox. I mean, it was not the main reason. But it began to float around during the Clinton years that we should put our SS $ in the Stock market, without a vote, a referendum, any interests coming back to us, because this was not the government's money. This was our hard earned money from working all of our lives and the company's 15% we worked for. As we begin to get more and more money back at the end of the year was our "shut up" money, or our payoff. When it all blew up in their faces, and all of the politicians who got bloated with our money, which were all of them, this could not have been done without the knowledge of the Senate and the Congress, while Rome was burning and Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac were blamed, Obama is bailing the banks out. He is also keeping the masses thinking he is the Messiah by giving us "Stimulus checks" which were no more to stimulate the economy than there is a man in the moon or that we ever went to the moon as they claimed we did. Now, as they lost all of our hard earned money and are hard pressed to come up with money that is no longer there, they tell us it was a recession close to a depression when it was the biggest theft of personal gain in U.S. history. No one when to jail at Wall Street and they looked around for the biggest ponzi schemer and came up with Madoff, kept him in the news for months and months, God, you heard nothing else. So all they can do to replace this money that was stolen from us is money that is being printed up and will soon be worthless because there is no one that will lend us anymore. The cat is out of the bag and the worse thing about it is that countries like China knew what was going on before the American people did! Barney Madoff was Little Red Riding Hood compared to what began with Clinton, who was the Big Bad Wolf who pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Now our checks say Social Security BENEFITS which they are nothing of the kind!

Well for those that NEVER contributed a penny to SS and are living off the largesse of those that did, it is a benefit. And to all those that receive SSDI checks, it is a bonanza.

I'm not a huge fan of hannity but your wrong about taxes. Ny is one of the highest taxed states in the country. If you figure in everything from home,car,personal,state.sales tax and a few others then its well over half of income depending on the amount of income. There have been documented cases of people rich and who make a decent wage leaving to get away from giving a government who wastes their tax money. I know its a disgrace and should put officials in jail for wasting our tax money. The ones we send to dc only become corrupt and worry about staying in office and what's in it for them. When people continue to call each other names and try to beat someone up because of the way they think and go as far as making up stories is why this country is going down hill. Staying loyal used to be a good thing but now its just stupid because that means you can't think on your own. People who are loyal and vote right down party lines just don't care enough to research on their own. They are to lazy and just follow along like sheep behind people like prince harry. I've voted for both parties in my life and reid is a disgrace and should be run out of town. He is crooked period and if he has his way 90 percent of the country will be on welfare with no money to feed them with. If people don't wake up and demand our government to be honest in every thing they do and if they don't then we vote someone else in soon then this once great country is doomed. If you can't use common sense to see we can't keep spending 200 million an hour and have to borrow almost half of that then your just either stupid or don't care. Soon congress will have no choice but to start taxing evryone but the very poor and it won't matter what party you belong to. They tried that in another country and over half of their tax base moved and tax revenue went way down. Keep believing everything your favorite party says and when this country fails there will be no one to blame but ourselves.

In Texas, I guess everywhere, 10 yrs ago they were giving disablity left and right to those who were drug addicted because it was a "disease." Then, as if out of the blue, they realized all of the disability money was going for drugs and quit it quickly. then, as a stopgap measure, they said (because any disability is always gotten quicker if it is mental than physical, even if mental if much easier to fake)that if your disability was caused by drugs, they would not give a person disability??? Like Hepatitis...how do you know whether it came from a dirty needle or blood transmitted before the 1985's? Those are the idiots give money to people who say they see things and hear the TV talking to them and the person with cancer sits and waits for years sometimes.

It use to be the boss made say 100 times what his employee made (these numbers aren't exact they're expressing a point based in fact)now that same boss makes 100,000 times what his employee makes and we as a nation don't see a problem with this.
