The only unjust thing about the two jerks getting in trouble is that they walked out ultra wealthy for a failure. Fox and the other tv stations would rather pay him big bucks than fire him outright. It seems to me that many contracts have a morals clause. If these didn't, they should have.
Criminal behavior? Well, the problem is you just don't know how much of it is true. Mr. O how has a podcast and will try to make his case. Maybe we should wait a minute and let the other side of the story be told, before we rush to judgement. It's like dominos falling when women are getting millions of $$ after making accusations. And maybe Fox thought the bad press would be worse than the settlements. Maybe they thought they would try to cut their loses. Doesn't make the guy a criminal. (If that was the case, both Hillary and Obama would be on the bus to Leavenworth.) Everything right now is speculation. And that's all it is. After watching just another perfect example, Hannity was accused of inviting a woman up to his "hotel room" when the woman, Ms. Scheussel was just looking for a big fat payday. I'll choose to wait and see what the former #1 guy on Fox has to say. I think former fans of O'Reilly should do the same.
