It was called 'catch and release'. They'd stop someone crossing the border then had to turn them loose again. It must have been very frustrating being a border patrol officer working in the Obama administration.

Dear Permapoop, We need the wall for a lot of reasons. One of these is protection for the ranchers who have property which borders Mexico. Armed illegals show up and the ranchers must defend themselves. I understand you don't care about that but having an actual border is important.
