Well, no surprise but our Twitter in Chief was up breitbart and early claiming that Obama had Trump Castle wire tapped prior to the election. Did Trump supply any proof? Of course not but when you are trying to shift the topic from Russia no proof is necessary is it.
From Russia you say.. Why all of a sudden do we now have Dem Senators saying it was all a smoke screen and Hillary's idea to ruin Trump and save the party?? Why did we have the FBI well before Trump even won the election saying he was not involved in anything with the Russians??
What's going on on the heels of all that is coming out about BO setting up meetings with the Russian Ambassador or the 22 visits of that Russian Ambassador visiting with BO and or others of his cabinet? And why on the heels of the now accused BO feeding hillary via emails Trump's conversation during the campaign???
Who is trying to do what here Peter??
Easing up on Trump to hopefully have the same for BO later or that shadow government looking to overthrow our government.?? Anyone, I don't care if Dems or rino's involved in that belong charged with Treason and hung in a public display!! This is your now third Senator in two days admitting there is no truth to it and it was at Hillary's doings!!
Democratic Senator Chris Coons (DE) told Fox News’ Chris Wallace that he knows of no direct evidence of a connection between Russia and Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
“I have no hard evidence of collusion,” he told Fox News this Sunday. This is interesting considering his reference to “Russia’s intrusion into our election,” during an interview with NPR’s David Greene on Friday.
Obama-era National Security Director James Clapper also admitted there was no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
“We did not include any evidence in our report…that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians,” he told NBC’s Chuck Todd. “There was no evidence of that included in our report.”
When asked if evidence exists, Clapper replied, “Not to my knowledge.”
As PB has suggested many times, the Trump-Russia connection is a witch hunt invented by the Hillary Clinton campaign to injure Trump and to save the Democratic Party.
It obviously didn’t work, but rumors about Trump and Russia have already forced the president to fire former national security adviser Michael Flynn and have pressured Attorney General Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from any investigations related to Trump’s presidential campaign.
Author’s Note: Our perspective here is that Democrats like Coons and Clapper are quick to accuse the Trump campaign of conspiring with Russia – but when pinned down they admit there is no real evidence.
Editor's Note: Should we say this agaiin? Its a smokescreen, always has been.
