It was my bad not to have brought him up on the forum after I first went to his concert. He can be found all over the internet. He is really a nice and decent guy whose goal in life is to introduce, on a grand scale, his love of the cigar-box guitar. Since you play, I can ask my neighbor if he could put one together for you, as he does it for a hobby. He is a fellow 'Nam Vet, and lives just down the road from me off Lake Whitney. As I said, Justin travels with a couple my friend Ken constructed.

My wife had actually showed me him playing the shovel guitar on FB. I was in awe.

Valentine's Day is coming, and I thought of one I posted years ago on the forum. It is time to again post this classic, especially for life-long lovers. 'My Cup Runneth Over,' by Ed Ames.
One of the greatest love songs I have ever heard.

I remember him as Mingo in the Daniel Boone television series with Fess Parker.

One of my top five all-time songs. A good Valentine's Day song from Roy Clark...'Come Live With Me.'
Great selections there, SOL.
The only other speed guitarist that could rank with Campbell's and Clark's genre....Jerry Reed.
Perhaps you can bring some others into that select group of country speed guitarists
Of course, you're right.
You can't top Chet Atkins for smooth, easy pickin'
He is so smooth, his speed pickin' seems to flow effortlessly.

Valentines Day always brings sweet memories.. the one you played, my husband played for me often...
The day he died in my arms in our living room, trying to give him CPR is as if yesterday... all of 46 yrs old...full of life...
Anyway coming back from the hospital, still feeling his last breath cross my lips, no music on. TV..nothing.., nothing and numb thinking I was loosing it looking at the blood and the huge syringe used 3 times trying to bring him back, I swear this song just came...it was his message to me I know beyond doubt...

Beautiful song. You're a strong woman Linda and my thoughts and prayers will always be with you. We don't know why life has to hit us so hard. I think life is a test, because it sure does try the soul and leaves so many questions as to why.
I pray our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will carry you always surrounded by angels.
