Cancel ALL bonuses for the VA, IRS, Freddy Mac, Fannie Mae, etc.; and ALL the rest of these self serving agencies. If these bogus phonies can't do the job for the high pay they receive; they should be removed. We have many, many college graduates who are without employment; that would immediately apply. Kindly remember the Real Political Corruption Solution. One Term Only. "Vote Incumbents OUT!" Thank You.

I somewhat agree with you, but the incentive awards for the GS employees who tend to patients, push your loan paperwork, and keep our government on track should not be penalized due to mismanagement from the top.

You left out congress,and i know this has nothing to do with what you saying but when the new healthcare plan comes out congress should be on that plan to.

Incentive awards were fine when public sector employees were low paid because of the civil service protection their jobs received. The public sector now pays salaries commensurate with and in most cases better than private industry. Earning a decent paycheck is incentive enough and if it isn't then they need to be demoted and moved to non-critical job.
