Many posts here from libs complaining that the world, (not the USA, but the world) has not evolved into heaven on earth in the last 10 days. Yet every indication so far is that business is very encouraged by his election and are making plans that are good for US workers. I can see every day increased confidence in our future in my customers faces and attitudes. I personally can't remember feeling this hopeful for our future. And I absolutely see how hard the enemies of our country in it's current form (meaning libs and the media) are working to destroy it even further. I don't really think they're all collectively morons, although that argument is easy to support, but they simply don't remember when an honest day's work was the rule of the day. Family, church, community, and yes even the legal immigrant was important to our way of life. The facts support the opposite today. Yes the facts. I'm cautiously optomistic that we will head back down the correct path nationally and internationally, as complex as that has become to a prosperous future that we once enjoyed.

I for one am excited, cautiously excited. One parting note, since Trump won the nomination libs and the media almost without exception have been screaming at the top of their collective lungs about how a Trump presidency will destroy our future. If they knew so much about the future how come they didn't know that disgusting bitch was going to LOSE?

I woke up from a nightmare this morning. I had been awakened to fear and had begun a plan of liberation from the alien invasion that had first cut off all communication between the people, isolated us into small non-family/friend groups and were beginning a regimen of impoverished diet, no external stimulus, sterility and colorlessness. The only thing worse would have been forcing me to live in a small cave. (actual dream)

I quickly remembered the attempted denial of due process and writ of habeas corpus that constituted the events of last night (immigrant ban). Salvaged in part by a federal judge. I also have lived through both Hitler and Stalin. So I got on twitter and opined that a coup attempt had been made last evening by the trifecta of Putin, Bannon and Trump. The more I have thought about it, the more I see the emergence of a plan to systematically dismantle and neutralize the government departments that handle the internal and external functions of government, leaving only an intensely divided Republican party and a weakened Democratic party, the courts and state and city governments . Leadership at the State Department have been fired, attempts to gag all employees at EPA and other agencies has been attempted. Heads of the Armed Forces have been denied participation in the Whitehouse Security Council. The president has control of the nuclear button. Sounds like a coup in the making to me.

The size and diversity of the country and the government means, on the positive side,will slow things down and on the negative side a single minded presidency has the advantage over a molasses covered Congress even when they are totally in sinc and that is no longer happening. The recent release of a closed discussion among Republican House members had just demonstrated their internal disarray. Meanwhile the people will be present in the streets and if that holds together for another 20 months, Trump can lose one or both houses of Congress and will have just about exhausted all of his executive orders potential.

The only ones who could help by staying silent are those who do not understand just how perilous the times actually are right this minute and they can read and ask questions.
