Because she is the better candidate. Remember it is not a choice between Hillary and God, but between Hillary and Trump.

How is she better? And it's actually a choice between Trump and the Devil. Who are you voting for?

Clinton has a ton more experience,I mean 30 years of total corruption she must have learned something. On the other hand she gets caught a lot.

Hemiman, Thank you for your service. I was a sailor during Nam. I was never under fire, but in 1972, my former ship was hit by a friendly mine. I understand that seven sailors died, and the ship was taken out of service. If I live for the next hundred years, I will never, never understand how anybody can vote for Trump!!

While realizing that problems exist in many parts of the country, I am a disabled Vet who has had nothing but satisfactory experiences with the VA in my part of Texas. If you researched Donald Trump's history of dealing with and talking about Veterans, you might be shocked to realize that, like many politicians, he was never a friend of Veterans until he needed our vote. Here is an entire thread I posted, plus an added comment of mine from not long ago on OPP.

This is an article pulled from the internet, and my response:

Tim Mak, CHICKENHAWK; 02.16.16

In a 1997 Howard Stern interview, future presidential candidate Donald Trump likened sleeping with multiple women to service in the war he repeatedly avoided.

Draft-dodger Trump once said that the danger he faced from getting sexually transmitted diseases was his own “personal Vietnam.”

In a 1997 interview with shock jock Howard Stern, Trump talked about how he had been “lucky” not to have contracted diseases when he was sleeping around.

“I’ve been so lucky in terms of that whole world. It is a dangerous world out there. It’s scary, like Vietnam. Sort of like the Vietnam-era,” Trump said in a video that resurfaced Tuesday on Buzzfeed, “It is my personal Vietnam. I feel like a great and very brave soldier.”

It wasn’t the only time the Republican front-runner for president would liken his personal life to wartime service: Trump has claimed that his military-themed boarding school education was essentially equivalent to having being trained in the military.

When Trump had his chance to join the military and fight in Vietnam, he did not take it. Instead, the rich kid got multiple student deferments from the draft and a medical deferment. Meanwhile, men like John McCain were being tortured as prisoners of war, but Trump has said that is dishonorable.

“He’s not a war hero,” Trump said of McCain last year. “He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured, OK?"

Trump has wrapped his campaign in Veteran's issues, routinely lamenting that they’ve been treated “terribly.” The candidate even held a fundraiser for Veteran's groups in lieu of attending a debate just before the Iowa caucuses.

Since running for office, Trump has made a show of fundraising for Veterans—offering Veteran's groups six-figures to be props at campaign rallies. But when Vet's groups have stood up to him, refusing to be dragged into the campaign, scores of Trump fans have sent them vile and harassing messages.

It’s in line with how Trump treated Veterans before he started running for president.

In the 1980s, Trump tried to have disabled Veteran street vendors thrown off Fifth Avenue, accusing the Vietnam-era soldiers of ruining how the street in front of Trump Tower looked. Before his presidential campaign, Trump’s charitable foundation gave more to the Clintons than to Veteran's organizations.

Trump has suggested he would be tremendous for Veterans if elected president, but his efforts so far have been questionable.

In July 2015, Trump announced that he would be setting up a hotline for Veterans to share their stories about the need to reform the VA.

Today, a call to the hotline leads merely to a voicemail box, which instructs the caller to send them an e-mail.

My friends, I say this because I feel further explanation is due from me about Donald Trumps' comments on the Howard Stern Show nearly 20 years ago. In the field especially, but also on the hospital ship U.S.S. Sanctuary in 1968, I saw kids my age whose bodies were ripped apart by gunfire from rifles or automatic weapons, artillery rounds, mortar rounds and booby traps from the enemy in Viet Nam. My lesser wounds allowed me times to walk through the wards visiting those who were left without arms, legs, genitalia and various body parts...to include their facial structure and features. Many had also lost all sense of who they were before incurring such wounds...from psychological and emotional damage. I had a kid younger than I die in the bed next to me. He died, basically, of a broken heart. He had received a 'Dear John' letter from his fiancee' from back home. That letter destroyed his will to live. This, after he had struggled mightily to achieve a certain degree of recovery...enough to have sent him on to Japan for better treatment and surgery necessary to guarantee survival.

For Trump, in any way, to compare the 'dangers' of dating from STDs, etc. to the experiences of young men who sacrificed their lives and body parts in combat service to their country in Viet Nam or any war was/is abominable to me. When I first became aware of his comments, I was livid with anger. This many years later, I am reminded of the callousness and obvious disregard for the feelings of friends or families who lost loved ones in that or any war shown by Mr. Trump. Whether one chooses to call his tone "mocking," "sarcastic," or just down-right thoughtless, I cannot forgive him. Neither could I tolerate his belittling of John McCain's service or the associated belittling of all POWs for 'getting captured.' I won't listen to anybody who tells me he didn't belittle all of them with his all-encompassing remarks. I watched and heard his own words with my own two ears. I personally know two living POWs and knew a survivor of the Bataan death march of American POWs in WWII. The last died a number of years ago, but the two others survived tortuous treatment by their captors and remain with us today. By surviving, they each were able to return and have families that, no doubt, help each forget the months and years of their imprisonment.

Trump's statements exceeded stupid, especially since he was playing to an audience and being recorded, both for radio and TV...and, for posterity. He was also around the age of fifty at the time...an age most would have shown some maturity and empathy for those who did not have his good fortune in escaping service before, during and after college, but instead served their nation. Again, the families and friends who either didn't return from that horrific war, or, returned physically and/or psychologically maimed did/do not need to be hearing of Mr. Trump's bravery and courage in the dating game being equated to other's service to country.[/qu
I was also med evacked to the Sanctuary, what exactly did you expect to find on a hospital ship in a war zone?,you sound surprised. The last thing I wanted was a meddling stranger coming around bothering people who were trying to recover, the guys I was with I am sure felt the same way.
You can't accept that what Trump said was sarcasm, nothing more. You can't seem to get over a war that was fifty years ago,you never seem to miss an opportunity to bring it up.Anyone that has ever listened to Stern knows people say outrageous stuff just too be part of his show.
Nice touch about the kid dying of a broken heart, you are a doctor are you?did you sign his death certificate? You being the patriot that you are should be happy to vote for Trump to prevent Clinton from completing Obama's destruction of America that is if you really cared but it seems your sensibilities are more important than the well being of the country.Clinton has no doubt been responsible for the deaths of our servicemen, where's the outrage from Slattan? There are other ways to promote Clinton why don't you try some other approach your war stories are getting old.
very well said.

There is no actual evidence to suggest Hillary is anymore dishonest or deceitful than Trump anyway. There are only exaggerations... lots of exaggerations about how Hillary is so much worse than anyone else. I've had plenty of conversations with these people where I ask them to point out the evidence that matches their rants and they can never do it. It's an emotional issue for them. They are weak, submissive people and submitting to a woman is far more embarrassing to them than submitting to a man and they can't bear the thought.

If they weren't so submissive to start with, they wouldn't feel so threatened by her.

I know!

Even- even! Hillary would be an improvement on a creature called Barack Hussein Obama.

No?

Ok, how about this: 'IT'S TIME FOR THE USA TO HAVE A QUEEN OF SLIME AS PRESIDENT'?

No?

Ok, I give up; I cannot think of one good reason to vote for that liar.. that woman-hater, that professional parasite. Sorry.

They cant do that. Hey man, you cant fix stupid. One of the things that bothers me is this. Trump has 20 or so thousand people show up to his rallies. Dumb ass Hillary has 1200. And the news media says she is ahead. Some one is lying there ass off.

Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder who it could be. ??????????????? ? ? ? ? ? ?

LOL... Rallies are better measure of desperation than success. The reason why Clinton rallies are smaller is because most of her supporters are at work. They aren't so desperate that they feel it necessary to ditch work to go to a rally.

I don't think you folks are serious about asking the question... Otherwise someone would have responded to my answer when I said "She wants to overturn Citizens United." No response because you have no answer to that and it doesn't matter to you anyway because you really aren't asking the question in earnest. You're just ranting.

That's chutzpah --

Yes, I can find no good reason to vote for a pathological liar, globalist, open borders, high tax, anti catholic pay for play foundation in violation of many aspects of federal law, found an unethical , dishonest lawyer in her first job, and second job such as Hilary. In fact, it is mind boggling that D's endorsed and nominated her.

I cannot be responsible for your inability to understand what Trump has said except to say that has lead to that belief. I can inform you that your analysis is both faulty and prejudice.
