Of course he is a stupid criminal. However why hasn't any black person been charged yet? I am not being racist at all. There are so many reports of this happening with black perps and yet no hate crime charges. Why is that?

The federal charge of hate crime may be coming depending on local charges and severity of injury. An attack on an elderly jesish guy has resulted in state charges in NY.

By state charges you mean hate crime charges on the federal level have not been filed yet? I will watch this one and see if Holder will do so. So far this idiot white boy has been the only one.
