The Radically Invasive Projectile. Just a guess, but I'm betting the left tries to ban this round, if they're not already trying to do so. I'll bet this little bugger scares the crap out of them.

These are legal to buy in the US...for now. Go get some. Before it's too late.
I've got 230 grain JHC's loaded to a llttle over 1000 fps in my .45. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. (Note, JHC, rather than JHP. There is a BIG difference. )

Yea, saw these in one of the many shooting magazines i read.....I would definitely get these for my bulpup shotgun I hog hunt with...although the 3" magnum nitro 2 ball hog round i use now is a devastating round moving at 1150 fps, 1300 fps in a double buck .....the more carnage the better when hog killing.
Looks like they will be exspensive though.....copper is high these days

With RIP rounds, your bank account will RIP before your target.
Yea, kida what i figured...probably about 4 bucks a squeeze in 12 ga, the fine for trot lining for hogs would be cheaper than a box of shells
I believe it is Brenneke, or someone who makes very accurate sabots for 12 gauge. You need a special barrel. (They interchange on my Mossberg ). It is a .50 sabot that has a muzzle velocity of nearly 2000 fps. They are supposed to be ungodly accurate.

Have to check that out, my bullpup is a mossberg, 2000fps is screaming.....vapor trail on a humid day.

You may have the best round. But how would you know, if you never try the other one? These babies create nine wound channels, with a six inch spread. It mangles anything it hits.

They are not for target practice. I would just load a few magazines, and stop there. Anyone can afford that.
I practice with the same ammo I carry. It makes a difference. Anyway, they don't make it in .45 yet. I have never owned a 9mm. I have owned damn near everything else.

These things fire two inch groups at 25 yards. If you have to use them, you'll be a lot closer than that. Less than twenty feet. I doubt that accuracy means much at that distance. You wouldn't even have time to use the sights. Just aim down the barrel. Correct?
