If you have a problem with cops, take it up with them, and the elected officials who make the laws that they enforce.
You see, the police answer to the Mayor, and city council that hired them, and make the laws/ordinances that they are charged with enforcing. Are there bad ones, YES!! Whose problem is that?
It is the local communities problem, and it is up to the citizens to elect new officials in order to change it.
