I very much doubt that. If that were true, their foundation would be in the doghouse like the Wounded Warriors organization.

Trump, on the other hand, is more like you are referring to. The unethical stuff he's been sued for and is currently being sued for is a tell of his character.

At the present, it's looking like HRC. There's still time left before I make a decision.
Got news for you, Jesse, the Clinton Foundation solicited and accepted millions of dollars from foreign and domestic corporate donors. For example, Bill Clinton's speech in Moscow (that's the capitol of Russia) netted $500,000 dollars for the foundation. Money, which in turn, was redirected (laundered) into donations for Hillary's campaign. The donors (including 20 foreign governments, some of whom are hostile to the US) didn't pony up this money because they enjoyed hearing Bubba or Hillary ramble on or out of the goodness of their hearts. They were buying political favors, much of which centered on the sale of arms. the stream of cash that came from 20 foreign governments who relied on weapons export approvals from Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

Federal law designates the secretary of state as “responsible for the continuous supervision and general direction of sales” of arms, military hardware and services to foreign countries. In practice, that meant that Clinton was charged with rejecting or approving weapons deals — and when it came to Clinton Foundation donors, Hillary Clinton’s State Department did a whole lot of approving.

While Clinton was secretary of state, her department approved $165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to Clinton Foundation donors.

If Hillary wins the WH, these donors are going to call in the markers, they are going to demand their money's worth in her foreign policy decisions (of which we know her record to be disastrous during her tour as SecState). And, if Hillary doesn't come through, she is going to be in some deep, deep shit. Some of those donors are very dangerous people. Hillary and Bill have set themselves up for the mother of all blackmails.

I recall there are over fifty unsubstantiated accusations out there over Obama and Hillary about lying, criminal activity, dictatorship, secret society membership, Haiti charity included. There are lies all right except as it turns out, the lies are about them, not from them.

They've made a lot of enemies with their policies that reigned in more than a few bad apples and I suspect that's what it is all about.

Read what you are writing. She does not even have to be involved to be guilty. You are so hyped up you don't make sense.

She'll be fine as president, don't worry. All the moderate libs like her and the far left libs don't but furthermore, I saw many high ranking in the Pentagon and military wrote her support a few weeks ago and that further supported what I suspected too.

Take your pick.....the lies both of those two maggots have stated could span the Globe a few dozen times by now....$90,000.00 charged off Hillary's Foundation fund for a lousy small shack house for the people in Haiti....when everything was donated..including labor, materials and shipping for it...how frigging nice..she did not even have to be involved but she was...to be able to LAUNDER millions....of course you are all happy for her...why not, she is just another criminal that you love to support all her felonies as she continues with them daily....yes indeed.

I think it's nice that you are going to bat for Trump but he has a large team of lawyers that he pays for that, a true American believer in suing often because he can. Lately he is suing a former campaign aid and a newspaper but the point is, he has sued over 1,900 times. In the last year, he has "trumped up" at least 70 new ones. There are over 50 civil lawsuits open against him. As president, he'd be the first to have 50 civil lawsuits, let alone one. Oh, but I'm sure you don't believe any of these because they are fact yet you jump at believing any accusation and lie (many that are newer versions of old rumors) about Hillary. Where's the lawsuit against Hillary for any of the accusations you've cited?

Should they all also SUE their University for their own personal failures?

I'll be attending the law suit maybe...as a witness for Trump. If Hillary was prosecuted for her BUNK billing for what she did on her Haiti Fund, I would be a witness for the Prosecutor....unlike you I do things in life and as you merely wear out the bottoms of your Pajama's you are as clueless as your avatar...a frigging LOONIE TUNE CARTOON!

America has become conspiracy happy. It used to be that an investigation that had facts is what it took before folks believed any wrong doing. But since Watergate and Iran-Contra, now so many believe wrong doing occurs and then when ever an accusation occurs such as this, it is the equivalent to fact in many minds.

As it turns out, the US Constitution and US Law actually requires proof. Otherwise, anyone can invent wrong doing, such as Trump is a secret liberal plant to prevent establishment republicans from winning the nomination and then throw the election with careless statement about race and religion on social media. He is a Clinton friend and supporter and was for abortion and liberal agenda and a card carrying democrat.

The typical lesson we've learned when these accusations occur is to give some time bc we've all been punked before with stories like these. Sort of like the one about a ban on the pledge of allegiance.

I printed a retraction to that a few minutes after I posted it, slick. I realized it was a fake. You must not have listened to FBI Director Comey list Hillary's violations of security protocol; you know, the part where he enumerated the emails that were clearly marked as secret? Not to mention the ones that he said any reasonable person in her position should have known they were classified. So she is either a liar or an idiot.

Of course, the fact that a Democratic Administration with a hand picked Democrat Attorney General who has a long history with the Clintons had nothing to do with the decision not to prosecute the Democratic presidential nominee.

I didn't read or hear what you did. I read and heard that there were about 100 emails that were part of a chain initiated by others in the State Department that got forwarded to her and sometimes she commented on them. None were marked classified. So if she is wrong for commenting on them then there are dozens of others (low and high level government workers) that are wrong. And she did not believe they were classified and there was nothing to indict her on because those that sent the emails and forwarded them back-and-forth and so-on and so-on over 100 times in a chain never believed they were classified and there were no words "classified" anywhere to be found.

Separately, there were three instances where the following was somewhere in the email: (c)
It does not read, "classified" but it is supposed to mean either copyright, classified at the lowest, confidential level.

All the above means she is guilty of mishandling confidential information.

So this is far from the treasonous and unethical behavior we've been led to believe. It's just all hype and I'm very disappointed that a congressional case was made of it because it gives a historical record of how politically hyper they've been over her and a big waste of time and energy.

The Cuba lover should move there. Before you move remember everything you find in writing will be in Spanish. We are probably the only country dumb enough to translate almost everything

I am certainly glad that you cleared that up. Of course nobody would accuse our President of anything bordering on favoritism toward a Democrat. The administration has been so fair in its treatment to those of the opposing party.

It's all just hype? According to Comey, there were 54 email chains containing classified information that "any reasonable person in her position should have known was classified. There were some that were clearly marked as classified, a fact confirmed by Comey and lied about under oath by your witch.

Extremes are usually bad. Why would any American want to subject themselves to dictatorship? Socialism has been tried in many countries and the result is always a disaster. Millions of people are killed; but at least there is less of the difference in income, instead of rich, midddle class, and poor; instead, all the people who aren't in the Kremlin are dirt poor. Look at the biggest, most powerful Socialist state in world history, the USSR, doea that look like something Americans would want? Or Cuba, or any other Socialist regime.

The most prosperous and successful governments in the world all have a mix of socialism and capitalism. Look it up. Obama never gave himself the power to declare martial law; that has always been at the discretion of any president.

This would be perfectly germane...if Trump was aware of these connections. It appears he was not. His problem seemed only to be a Mexican sounding name. That's it! If he knew what you disclosed, why not give it to the press? With something amounting to, or nearly amounting to, proof of his claim about an unfair bias by that judge, Trump would keep quiet about those facts? There is a major disconnect here. Trump's comment about the judge had nothing to do in the least with what you disclosed. It was what it sounded like: prejudiced.

Trump is the only choice. That dictator stuff is just not true. That is what dribbles in through the courtesy of the Clinton crime family. She and George Soros hired the protesters to go to the Trump rallies. it was interesting when one of them came forward with all the details. Even the head of the CIA is a converted Muslim. Check that one out. Brennan had 34 votes against him in the Senate when his confirmation came to a vote. All aboard the Trump train for victory in November.

Making claims and giving proof for claims are world's apart.
