When I first "met" rumitoid he seemed like a good man who was lost. Then apparently he started drinking heavily, particularly after his best and possibly only good friend died. then he fell apart. He came back as his niece, I think a very sad and pathetic person, so distorted in her idea of life and people and so bent on spreading her hate, that she seemed too like Rumitoid to be a separate person.
On the other hand the pedophile named Rod Riddle has come back as a couple of other piles of human debris over the months, probably including "Kevyn"
