Ofcourse Barak can judge who is or isn't fit to be president. He had no qualifications, except being African America. If that's all they cared about, there are many who are much better than him. How about God allows the appointment of kings and leaders for his purpose, and allowed América to have its way, because of their rejection of God and the nation turning from God by their reprobate minds. Because america turned from God, we are getting the fruits of that.
