The removal from office only requires a majority vote. Proof of wrongdoing is not required. If the required majority vote to remove him, They can remove him.

I assume by you posting this video that you also would do what is necessary to not have Biden be President.

Andrew Johnson wasn't responsible for Lincoln's agenda or crimes either but he still got impeached and would have been removed if they had gotten enough votes.

well why don't you get one of you teaparty favorites to propose articles of impeachment and have the house vote on it and then send it to the senate (if it passes) and have the senate vote on it , stop pushing air around and get into action, and see how far you get

Do you think the Democrat majority in the Senate would vote for removal of Obama? All of them voted for some of the foolish bills he wanted passed so they must feel owned by him.
