South Carolina Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy said Sunday that the Obama administrations deliberate flouting of congressional law has reached an unprecedented level, claiming the time is now ripe for Congress to take the White House to court over executive overreach.
Gowdy spoke with Fox News Shannon Bream about a House resolution authorizing a congressional lawsuit against the executive branch. Although individual lawmakers do not have standing to challenge the president, the provision would allow the institution of Congress itself to sue the Obama administration for ignoring laws passed by the legislative body.
By the time any action would happen obama will be long gone out of office.
Never in history have we had so many cowards on both sides of the isles who will challenge this corrupt administration.

"President George W. Bush racked up 1,020 vacation days in his eight years in office, including one five-week vacation, the most of any president in 36 years. The sad thing is that we were in the middle of two wars when he was off on these vacations..."
"President Obama, in his first four years has taken 131 days, dividing his time between Hawaii, Marthas Vineyard and, of course, Camp David, the official get away of U.S. presidents. At this rate, he could hit 262 days by the end of his eighth year."
As far as his vacations in Hawaii are concerned, if we elected someone from that state for the presidency, would traveling to his/her estate on Air Force 1 be any less of an expense to the American People.
The President only flies on Air Force 1 for security reasons so taking a commercial flight and paying for it out of pocket is an unreasonable expectation, in my honest opinion. Let's face it, you people are going to hate Barack Obama because he is a Democrat in the White House. The fact that he is black only adds the icing to the cake.

Why isn't O being impeached. I hope when the senate goes Republican he is. He isn't worthy of this office and is just a black kid who never did succeed in anything but for the help of Buffet and Winfrey he wouldn't even be thought of and ignored.

George W. Bush was just a rich kid whose daddy bought him the White House. Talk about someone who should never have been in office... Unlike the average student that "W" was, Obama graduated from Harvard Law School magna cum laude and used his knowledge and experience to help the less fortunate. Frankly, I'd rather have someone that cares about people than someone who doesn't give a thought to the 47%. You must be one of the top 2%.

If Obama didn't have Oprah and Buffet's money he wouldn't be known by anyone except his drug buddies.
