1000 ways to die
I hope some you you find this interesting enough to participate. There are probably countless ways to die. What's the most bizarre, unusual, or even humorous death you've heard of?
I guess I'll post the first one
I heard about this guy who was diving into a flooded quarry. Actually, he was jumping, not diving. When he jumped in, feet first, the impact was enough to force water up his rectum. It caused an artery to bust and killed him. I can't help wondering if he was into anal sex. I never had that problem.
A man was electrocuted while urinating on the tracks near the Broadway G train stop in Brooklyn.

Shocking.
The owner of a tree service company in Loveland said he had knots in his stomach when he heard a Loveland man had died after being pulled through a commercial wood chipper.
The Larimer County Coroner's Office identified the man Thursday as Brian Morse, 54, who owned Brian's Tree Service. Morse was identified by his fingerprints. The accident Wednesday afternoon occurred near the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Fountain Avenue in Loveland, Co.
I personally knew Brian from working with him at a film manufacturing plant in Windsor, Co.

Pulled through, or fed through? Any witnesses?
Loveland Police Department Detective Brad Templeman said Morse's co-worker was in a raised bucket on a truck when the accident happened.
"He didn't notice when he first went in. He was cutting limbs off a tree with a saw," Templeman said. "He made an effort and went down 15 feet or so, jumped out of the bucket to try and get to him but didn't make it in time."
Barnhart, 59, had known Morse since he did a stump-cutting job for Morse in the late 1980s. He said Morse was a hard worker who was very particular about everything he did.
"I don't understand how he got in it. I wonder if he had a heart attack or blacked out," said Barnhart, who has been in the tree-service business for 25 years. "This guy kept everything in top-notch shape. He was on the ball. He didn't allow anybody to do things unless it was according to the OSHA code."
This one I read in the local paper
A man was using a circular saw to cut a 2x4. He was standing with the board accross his leg when the saw got bound in the board and kicked back accross his leg severing his artery and bled to death

I'm guessing it was stories like this that were the inspiration for the final destination movies. When it's your time to go...
There was a man,in Miami Fla,that had a big tree in his yard, blown down in a hurricane,he cut the tree up with a chain saw,but he couldn't cut the main root,so he got into the hole, left by the tree,as it blew over,he cut the root, the stump fell back into the hole,he was killed.when his people couldn't find him, they moved the stump,he was under it.
I read about a kid, that was walking his neighbors dog,(A saint Bernard) the dog was pulling him,so he wrapped the dogs chain around his own waist, his friends said, the dog spotted a cat, took off running, pulled the boy off of his feet, ran across the street,an oncoming car ran over the kid,and killed him....
There was a boy in Fort Lauderdale, that was swimming in a canal with his friends,he got up onto a tree limb, and dropped into the water feet first,he got stuck in the mud ,in the bottom of the canal, and drowned.
There was another guy, that was working for a guy, putting pilings,to tie up the boats,he was using a water hose to sink the pilings (large as a telephone post,) the hose turned the sand,in the canal into quick sand, even though he had a breathing device,as the quick sand pulled him down, (because he was struggling) the sand stopped him from breathing, and he died of not being able to breathe.

Must have been a pretty BIG stump.
