Observations throughout the world make it clear. Strong evidence that ongoing climate change is definitely having an impact on society, the global economy, natural resources, and human health. Any American with half a brain except republicans feels that effects of climate change will impact society. Actually 58% of republicans agree that climate change is real and created by humans. Society will be impacted thru extreme weather, sea levels rising, water scarcity, heat waves, wildfires, disturbance of biological systems, all are getting worse. Daily events such as unseasonal and deadly flooding, killer heat waves, and devastating droughts.

The 31 scientific groups attempted again to get republicans to create a dialogue and debate climate change in congress. But every attempt is blocked by the republicans that are owned by the oil company lobbyist and the Koch brothers.

In January of this year the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and NASA jointly announced that 2015 was the warmest year on record it broke the record of 2014. As ignorant republicans are lead to believe by there oil company donors as climate deniers, (THAT ITS JUST AN ANOMALY OR PART OF A NORMAL WEATHER CYCLE) but 15 of the last 16 years have shown in each year the earth gets warmer. The NOAA has explained to ignorant republicans that in the last 136 years of climate records since the year 2000 each year has gotten warmer. But when your as ignorant as republicans they call this weather changes not climate change. That because the right wing have no idea between a weather cycle and climate change.

These changes around the world we are seeing now came sooner than expected in great part because no one wants to pay attention to any real time scientific evidence or any attempt to discuss or rein in greenhouse emissions.

Now we have some of the largest oil companies weighing in and warning society without swift action there will be irreversible damage. The Sierra club welcomes a total new policy to meet global climate accord and move towards renewables.

For the second time in less than six months Exxon one of the largest oil companies announced due to dire threats to humanity of anthropogenic climate change it is now factoring global goals to combat climate change. Exxon defied Koch and there scientific evidence to warn that with no government action, average temperatures are likely to rise 5 degrees C (9 degrees F) the tipping point per Exxon is 2degrees C and game over.

Most republicans and OPP bloggers have never heard of Total, but are the 4th largest oil production company in the world. Total has acknowledged that climate change is real.Total is standing firm and has now cut it's investments in Canadian tar sands oil, and now have no plans to conduct operations in the Arctic Ice pack. Total an oil giant at about $140 billion will now expand it's renewable energy business next year from 3% to 20% and increases each year.

So now we have Sierra club, Exxon, and Total on policy changes to combat global climate change, 31 real scientific groups around the world, but the ignorance of the Republican Party seem to have all the data needed, but what deniers do not realize that the republican data is the real hoax. But republicans continue to be controlled by the Koch brothers science and the oil company's continue to lie and do nothing. It's just like gun control 90% of Americans support gun control but the NRA has a strangle hold on the ignorant republicans in congress.

But also one well known billionaire Tom Steyer has spent hundreds of millions to educate and support candidates who will address climate change. Steyer in years past has supported common sense republicans that agreed that climate change should be discussed and debated. But that is a dying breed Koch has 100% control. But as you can see it's not a level playing field trying to fight conservative groups. Conservatives in 2012 election cycle spent $265 million on republicans that signed there pledge democrats spent $35 million to try and educate the American voters on climate change and support democrats without signing a pledge.

So $265 million spent by Koch and oil companies to attempt to prove regulations of global warming or climate change is a hoax. But the conservatives on the Supreme Court gave these people immense power to create the biggest lie and control these ignorant republicans. Many republicans privately acknowledge that human activity is responsible for climate change. However they see no political benefit to speaking out. Another example how republicans are afraid to speak out on something that is true all to get reelected.
