I am heavily involved with the stock market I have many friends that are in the same situations as myself. We have all decided if it even looks like the possibility of Trump getting elected we have collectively opened up an off shore account and will close out all stocks convert to cash a deposit in an offshore account. He will try to do the UK thing so the best thing is to wait till the dollars gets devaluated and then make a move.

First if he starts this Trade war with NAFTA and China we will lose 2.5 million jobs. We lose the import tax dollars which will create a major shortfall in import tax. That's just a start my money will be gone to another country because this country will go in the toilet and only people like Trump will actually make billions.

Now 3jack just remember the Trump comment that during the crash of 2008 was great for him he made millions. Do you think for one GD minute he will attempt to create a recession for his own financial gain. This man is a fraud, scam artist, and a lying piece of garbage. He is running for president for his own personal financial gain.

My definition of gun control is what I previously posted.

There is no reason for some types of weapons to be available to the general public

There is no reason for high capacity magizines, clips, belts or drums for the general public

Guns should be treated the same as cars, boats, and airplanes

Renewable license, annual fees, and any other identification to reduce the "theft" of weapons by the criminals

Same requirements for most ammunition.

And some people should never have access to guns, regardless of what the nra policy is

And speaking of the NRA, that organization should take a leadership role in reducing gun crimes, and work with local police to help remove unregistered guns from the street

And, yes, no plan is perfect, this could be a first step in reducing suicide and homacide

DJ, people are only respinsible for their own actions. I never use vulgar language and I make it clear that I don't like it when anyone does however I don't feel it incumbent on myself to tell others directly how to behave other than when they take the low road with me.

I find that if one is consistent with their language and keep the filth out of ir, in time others calm theirs down also. Of course there will always be a few so limited in communication skill that gutter talk is their norm. I try to ignore them and let them ramble because they truly know no better.

When someone does it to you and you give it back, they feel justified and encouraged to keep it up.

My problem is that I don't trust the government. If you give them an inch they will take a mile. Any concession gives them leverage to take more and more.

Better to stop the political correctness and allow agencies to do their work.

I see no reason to penalize the huge majority of people due to the actions of a few and it doesn't matter if you see no reason for large capacity mags etc or ownership of guns like AR-15s. The fact is that to tell law abiding honest people that they can't have them, is wrong.

I am in favor of your list of those who should not be allowed any firearm but as I said, saying someone is unsuitable ir unstable isn't good enough. I will not.open that door. That determination must include that the person in question should have the diagnosis and be under treatment.

I don't disagree with your observations, however, this is one area I happen to agree with trump, that being, if they hit me, I will hit back....hard.

On your second point, I tend to agree that people are responsible for their own actions/language, and all people are entitled to their own opinion on any given subject/issue/candidate.

But I will post what is of interest to me, that is aligned with my outlook and philosophy.
