In the latest poll out by Bloomberg--over the course of one month Trump's lead went from plus 3 to minus 12 points. And while I am sure this poll means nothing to Trumpsters, who live in their own little plane of reality, to the real world; it just goes to show that once Trump leaves the illusion of the Republican party he falls flat on his face in the real world. And this it just the beginning people. Orlando should have been a gift for the Republican candidate but because of Trumps rhetoric, accusing the president of "radical Islam" complicity, it's actually worked to drive people away from the Republican candidate and the republican party in general.

Trump is a lunatic who plays well with his fellow lunatics but anyone with an ounce of reason is getting as far away from Donald J. Trump as they possibly can. Republican's don't need to worry about loosing the presidency--it's lost--what they need to worry about is the trickle effect on down the line for the rest of the party. Republicans have the majority in both the house and senate, and for now, that is the only thing that can protect conservatives (and to them AMERICA) from the absolute horror that is Hillary Rodham Clinton. There is only one person with more flaws than she has and Conservative Republicans fell head over heals for him. All I can say is thank you. Thank you soooooooo much. You gave us a gift that in all honesty, just keeps on giving....

I know. It's absolutely disheartening! To think that we'll be saddled with a third Obama term in Hillary who could be easily beaten by a competent candidate is devastating.
Trumpots and all you 'Goooooo Trump robots" need to understand that Trump's bluster, smears, name calling, etc., that worked so well for him in the primaries, helped along with a complicit media, will all backfire against him in the general
election.
And as against Hillary, the media will gravitate towards her, leaving Trump without all the free media coverage that served him so well in the primaries. Henceforth he'll have to spend money to get media coverage or if he gets any media coverage it'll be negative. And donors aren't donating. They are beginning to see that Trump will bring down many down-ticket candidates as well.
So what can be done. Again delegates aren't bound to vote for Trump on the first round. More voters voted against Trump than for him. He won the primaries because the vote was split among 16 other candidates.
The delegates can abstain from voting on the first round. It's written into the rules of the Republican Party, a private organization. And on the second and subsequent rounds of voting, delegates are free to vote their conscience. Like for any God fearing constitutional conservative with the attributes needed to beat Hillary and right our ship of state that's listing badly to port (left).
Here's an excerpt from Eric Ericsson's piece today as to specifically why delegates should vote their conscience.

"And after 55 years in the making, the Great Council of Orthodox Churches is being cancelled. A number of of the churches have decided to withdraw, including Russia. There are various reasons for the withdrawals of churches and the Church of Constantinople, whose Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, Bartholomew I, is considered first among equals, is blaming Russian imperial ambitions. But the reality, according to a dear friend of mine active in the Orthodox Church in America, is that a number of the churches have taken issue with Bartholomew’s leftward drift toward Pope Francis style social justice and environmentalism. There are other subtexts and pretexts too for scuttling the Council, including issues involving the relationships of the various churches.

Republican should pay attention to what is happening. Hiding behind the so-called “will of the people,” which amounts to a minority of Republican voters who cast their vote for Donald Trump, Republicans have set themselves on autopilot for destruction in November. Even with polling showing Hillary Clinton now at a double digit lead despite the events of Orlando, Republicans seem unwilling to change course.

Republicans, however, should not hide behind changeable rules when history itself is on the line. The delegates can unbind themselves. They can decide Donald Trump is a bridge too far. They have the power to do this.

If an organization set up by God himself can take 55 years to reconvene after 1,000 years and then cancel at the last minute, the GOP should be able to do the same thing. Eternal matters are not even on the line, just the politics of the day."

Hey, conservatives had a great set of people to choose from and wound up picking Trump. That means there is no one to blame but themselves. But it not the presidency that is the problem--the senate and congress are now up for grabs and thanks to Trump at least one of them will fall...

Landslide....Trump. there are many more lefties (they still compete ) out there than far-left assholes (competition makes them cry and piss their poo-poos) who secretly have had enough of this stagnation. Anyone who votes for Hillary needs point blank.

I can visualize Trump's bumper stickers now. "Vote for Trump. Because Hillary is worse."
Not exactly what you'd call a resounding endorsement.

Landslide in your dreams. Here's the latest. Read it and weep.
"Only 32 percent of Americans now view the Republican Party favorably, the lowest figure in the history of the national poll by Bloomberg Politics. “This is obviously related to perceptions of [Donald] Trump,” said pollster J. Ann Selzer."

Trump's nomination will be the end of the Republican Party. And in the process of losing the presidency to a terribly flawed criminal candidate who should be easily beatable by any competent conservative candidate, Trump will also lose the house and senate.
It's understandable why Trump liked the low educated voters. They're the ones who were suckered in by his bluster, bombast, insults, and name calling.

That's the irony. They had 16 people to choose from and they picked the one person who Hillary could beat. If that isn't a knee slapper nothing is...
