Why would they. They would never have it as good at 'home' as they would in the USA. Here, everything needed or required would be provided free of charge to them. The payors would be the U.S. Taxpayer. And, everyone in the world knows just how compassionate the U.S. Taxpayer is as they support most of the world already.
