I predict that this speech will go down in history as one of the greatest Presidential speeches of all time. Now you might think that our President is stuttering, but you would be wrong. He is merely pausing for dramatic effect.
No wonder so many highly educated millenials and college students believe that this is the most brilliant man to ever bestrode the hallowed halls of the White House. I am sure the ghosts of past Presidents are looking down with awe on our current President. And what a wordsmith. Okiedoke! Simply brilliant. I have never heard such a clear, concise phrasing. Our beloved Leader sure gets his point across.

He is pretty amazing. Must have been the part that is half white that made him stutter. At least that's what the AA contingency on OPP is saying.
