Out of curiosity which parts of the constitution does Arpaio not hold up and which ones does he disregard. He treats his prisoners like prisoners and he hopes that when they leave his facility that they won't want to return. Unlike the facilities that you liberal minded idiots have installed where the incarcerated have it better than when they are released.

Judicial Watch published an extensive article on the DOJ prosecuting American businessmen and state board of education personnel officers for "racial profiling" when they asked immigrants for proof of work permits, green cards, and made background checks with e-verify on their job applications. Governor Jan Brewer and her Sheriff Joe are not alone.
Something is very wrong with the DOJ.
