These bills have riders attached, which have nothing to do with the rest of the bill, and Obama refuses to remove them. Therefore, Congress refuses to pass them. Tell me something, you little dipshit, if you were a Congressman, would you vote for a bill that provides free medical care for poor people? Of course you would. Would you vote for it if it contained a rider legalizing the sale of machine guns to minors? Would you vote for it if the authors of the bill refused to remove the parts you objected to?
