I would have been embarrassed or voting for Brown before reading that article and would be even more so after reading it. I just don't vote for progressives like him for any office.

As of late, I have quit responding to your moonbat addiction to bullshit and lies. But couldn't resist this one, kibbles of 2016. LOL

The first step in solving an addiction is to admit you have a problem. California can’t even admit it overspends and overtaxes. Meanwhile, people can move to Texas — where there is no state income tax — and save up to 13 percent more of their income.

Never mind that Texas has had four times the job growth of California over the last 20 years.

Never mind that the Texas unemployment is about 50 percent below California’s.

Never mind that nearly every business climate index has California in the bottom 10 and Texas in the top five.

Never mind that California has been losing net taxpayers to interstate migration over the last three years.

Never mind that incomes are growing at a faster pace in Texas than in California.

“For Californians to pretend that they are doing as well as Texas is a great delusion,” laments Arthur Laffer, a Reagan economist — and a transplant from California to Tennessee.

The State of California is doomed thanks to the moonbat voters and their voting choices. LOL

If you look at a state of Texas economic-development web site and a page titled “Texas vs. California,” you might think no sane business executive could make a different decision than Toyota did. Unemployment rates as of last July: 6.5 percent in Texas, 8.5 percent in California. State income tax: “0″ percent in Texas, 1 to 10.3 percent in California. Building permits issued in 2012: 135,514 in Texas, 58,549 in California.

I disagree, I understand that public health care services are still available to the public plus federal subsidies free of charge. I also understand that Health Maintenance Organizations, Allied Health Care Professionals, and Private Health Insurance Companies lose. Your post is misleading the public into thinking the Federal Government or (GOP) are against the American public in regards to health care choices, responsibilities, and, decisions making and that's not even the issue at all. The Affordable Care Act or (Obamacare) support Medical Terrorist and their foreign health care diagnostic's on the American public. The issue is the Democratic party are passivist' and liberal to foreign health care practices on the U.S. Public and; the Health Care Reform gimmick is a ploy to condone ( Cost Sharing) in the health care system instead of jail for various corrupt Allied Health Care Professionals. Avoidance is not the solution to medical terrorism on the United States Citizenry.

I disagree. In my opinion the Affordable Care Act alias Obamacare policy is actually giving the poor and economically disadvantage a penalty. People are entitled to choices plus, the Affordable Care Act alias Obamacare policy limits Emergency Services for people that don't have health insurance coverage. Because of the U.S. Social System even poor people have the ability to pay for health care cost free of charge based on annual income. In my opinion the Democratic idealism of Health Care reform is a gimmick to cover up corrupt health care professionals for committing breaches of the law against the poor. Instead of a criminal charge these Allied Health Care Professionals are being compensated for malpractice, wrongful diagnoses, and fraud.

Poor people includes a variety of economic labels. Not limited to just working class but also includes people with no income. Please no profanity and don't call me out of my name (stupid); my name is JuliaMi2.

Back to the point I'm illustrating, basically the Obamacare alias Affordable Care Act is an avenue for organized criminals or black market for illegal substances, human and animal organs and tissues, which also includes trafficking in children from third world countries.

Organized crime is a category of transnational, national, or local groupings of highly centralized enterprises run by criminals who intend to engage in illegal activity, most commonly for money and profit. Some criminal organizations, such as terrorist groups, are politically motivated. Sometimes criminal organizations force people to do business with them, such as when a gang extorts money from shopkeepers for so-called "protection".Gangs may become disciplined enough to be considered organized. A criminal organization or gang can also be referred to as a mafia, mob, or crime syndicate; the network, subculture and community of criminals may be referred to as the underworld. A black market, underground economy, or shadow economy is a market characterized by some form of non-compliant behavior with an institutional set of rules. If the rule defines the set of goods and services whose production and distribution is prohibited by law, non-complaince with the rule constitutes a black market trade since the transaction itself is illegal. Parties engaging in the production or distribution of prohibited goods and services are members of the illegal economy. Examples include the drug trade, prostitution, illegal currency transactions and human trafficking. Violations of the tax code involving income tax evasion constitutes membership in the unreported economy. Because tax evasion or participation in a black market activity is illegal, participants will attempt to hide their behavior from the government or regulatory authority. In my opinion the biggest breach in U. S. National Security is the Democratic Party's Charity Scheme (Medical Charities). In association with the United States Media as conspirators and plotters advertising third world populations as economically disadvantage and poor.

The black market is distinct from the grey market, in which commodities are distributed through channels which, while legal, are unofficial, unauthorized, or unintended by the original manufacturer, and the white market.

Black markets have online counterparts consisting of darknet market websites such as the Silk Road, individual websites, forums and chat rooms. While overlaps exist, the online markets are focused on specific areas including drugs, compromised credentials, malware, digital goods and weapons. Piracy specifically takes place on private or public warez and BitTorrent sites as well as various peer-to-peer file sharing networks. Read more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_market

Biological organs: Organ trade § Illegal organ trade,

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), illegal organ trade occurs when organs are removed from the body for the purpose of commercial transactions. The WHO justifies these actions by stating that, “Payment for...organs is likely to take unfair advantage of the poorest and most vulnerable groups, undermines altruistic donation and leads to profiteering and human trafficking.” Despite these ordinances, it was estimated that 5% of all organ recipients engaged in commercial organ transplant in 2005. Research indicates that illegal organ trade is on the rise, with a recent report by Global Financial Integrity estimating that the illegal organ trade generates profits between $600 million and $1.2 billion per year with a span over many countries.

Racketeering: Racket (crime),

A racket is a service that is fraudulently offered to solve a problem, such as for a problem that does not actually exist, that will not be put into effect, or that would not otherwise exist if the racket did not exist. Conducting a racket is racketeering. Particularly, the potential problem may be caused by the same party that offers to solve it, although that fact may be concealed, with the specific intent to engender continual patronage for this party. Arecent headline in the Globe and Mail read, "US Tax Cheating Worth $150 Billion"; a regional newspaper featured the "Under-the-Table Economy" over a full two pages, and the Ontario Legislature's Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs devoted more than a day to hearing expert evidence on tax evasion practices. These and other signs of heightened interest in the underground economic phenomenon raise some important questions.

How can our reported unemployment statistics be giving an accurate picture of labour market conditions when there is so much more economic activity than is being reported? Does the inflation rate truly reflect the prices Canadian households are paying? Are countries with large underground economies paying too little when their contributions to international organizations are based on official measures of GDP?

How will honest taxpayers react to mounting evidence that many others are not paying their share? Are we becoming a society in which it is widely acceptable to evade the GST? Should we be happy that the underground economy provides low prices for the poor (and the rich)? Could governments be basing policies on flawed statistics? Is a self-assessment system of taxation feasible in the long run when more and more people are seeing their neighbours participate in the underground economy?

The answers to these questions will in part depend on our assessment of the size of the underground economy. Moreover, actions to address this phenomenon will require comprehension of its underlying causes. Our aim here is to define what constitutes the underground economy, discuss some issues related to measuring its size and growth, and explore its causes and the implications for business and policy decision makers. ( Author's: Rolf Mirus and Roger S. Smith http://oldfraser.lexi.net/publications/books/underground/section_1.html)
