This argument is getting larger and larger instead of trying to find resolve, I'm beginning to feel this may have been the intention as the sides are positioning themselves in this political fight. Now republican lead states seem to be uniting in this stance against the federal government.

"You people" and who exactly is that? If you mean millions of Americans who believe all citizens have equal,(not special) rights. No man, woman, or child should be required to carry their birth certificate to use the bathroom of their "present" gender, period. let me make one correction there are some with special rights...the disabled do you have a problem with them also?

Get this through your thick skull, forcing a transgender to use the bathroom of their birth sex is what will put a guy into the woman's. room. Without the law... all you will see in the woman's room is... women. Conservatives are the people ramming an unwanted law by the majority down peoples throat's. They have taken this to court and I don't see how they can lose when the fact is they are discriminating a certain specified group of people, and that is bias, and that is against our civil rights law. What does that mean, it means that it is unlawful to discriminate.

There isn't anything wrong with Michelle Obama's weight or otherwise, she's a beautiful woman inside and out. Careful now your racism is showing but I won't condemn the conservative party for that, it's just a mere coincidence.

Now on Bush I know exactly what I'm talking about and so do you, and the person who was doing the inciting was the person I was responding to. The point being people in glass houses....I really don't see that as inciting, now you...you're inciting just by the anger you're projecting. We got it, your mad because things are changing and you feel things have gotten out of control. Do not dismay it is simply about acceptance and understanding others. Allowing people to live their life as they see fit.

It matters not how long or strenuous a process is to "attempt" to change to the opposite sex, it ain't going to happen for the "x" and "y" genetics will always remain the same.
