@Auntie, you claim the the 1st amendment. Then answer me this, how is it the Japanese-americans after WWll, wanted to have a broadcasting station, but were denied? Same as the French, but were denied also. Now, 10 years ago, because of cable networks, we have to allow spanish?

I am unable to answer except to say the WWII situations were a violation of the Constitution. The issues have been litigated. I am not saying I am enthralled with the trend. I am only providing Constitutional references.
