If it can be proven the manufacturers broke some laws that contributed to the shooting then fine, if not there should be no liability.

They can sue, but they haven't won anything yet, pal. Nor will they.

But, then with you libtards it is always the intention that counts, not necessarily the results.

Another waste of taxpayer money and court time.

The lawsuit is saying that Remington and the other defendants "unethically, oppressively, immorally and unscrupulously promoted the assaultive qualities and military uses of AR-15's to civilian purchasers"!

I see. I had no idea that these companies talked that fool into killing his Mother and stealing HER weapon and killing those kids. I also didn't know that they blocked legislation that would have barred weapons in the home of a mentally deranged person. Wait a minute - the NRA did that!

Huh, I wonder why they aren't suing the NRA? I wonder why NO ONE sues the NRA? Oh, that's right, the gun manufacturers have more money than the NRA.

I guess these grieving families are going to build robot replacements for their dead children and that takes lots of dough. Now, if they were just trying to make a statement - they'd sue the NRA.

Where in your anti-gun moonbat drivel was the word ILLEGAL. Because nothing Remington did was illegal. Why don't they sue the school for not protecting their children? Blood sucking lawyers--follow the money. When they lose they should be ordered to pay Remington's legal expenses in this ridiculous, frivolous lawsuit.

I would normally say the manufacturers are innocent, but in this case there is a gray area. Was this an automatic, was it modified, was it marketed to the public as an automatic?
