When Trump has had so many votes, it is clear those VOTERS want him as President. It should NOT be up to the GOP or any Special Interest groups supporting Cruz, or anyone else to over ride that the people of the USA want for a President. The same goes with the dip stick democraps.

The sad point of it all is: The power brokers already have who they want in. Makes no difference how the voters vote. I hope people have been paying attention and researching how the system works with delegates, how the manipulation appoints the nominee and the Potus. All the while, the facade is: you vote counts.

It is not clear WHO the Republican power brokers want in. We know what they want: Roll back environmental regulations, dismantle worker protections, repeal Obamacare, and shelter billions of dollars of profits from taxation. They have not yet told us who they want to accomplish these goals. They have ruled out both Trump and Cruz. How about Paul Ryan?

But just think about how your post is busted. Maybe half the Republicans won't vote for Trump but half the Democrats are jumping ship because they are tired of the Democrat crap and will vote for Trump. It is a two way street and most of the American people are fed up with both parties. So what you gonna do now bash the republicans some more?

That's not including the independents that are now running away from the dems and coming over to Trump!

I'm trying to see what is accomplished by nominating Trump....he loses....Hillary becomes President......so, what was accomplished by that ???....seems a waste...and the opposite of what you're looking for will happen....makes no sense

Oh, I'll vote for Cruz if he gets the nomination. My guy was Rand Paul. I'm not talking bad about anyone but the hag...not even Sanders. The only Republican running who I would have rejected outright was Bush...the presumptive nominee. And hasn't that become the issue...the presumptive part? It's been a few days since my last post and it begins to look as if more and more Dems are becoming resentful of that presumptive shit. Aren't you? You seem like too good a person not to realize how serious this is...party elites choosing who we can vote for. That's bad enough all by itself, but there's more to it. The political theater in between elections (well covered by the media who are owned by a lot of the folks who make large contributions to politicians like the hag and Jeb Bush) designed to make us believe that there's really a difference between the parties. I could go on forever, but the answer to your question "what was accomplished?", is this: If Trump or Cruz wins, it's possible folks might think all is well (or lost  ), if the hag wins the war against the Establishment will escalate. This needs to happen no matter who wins. :|

Soros, Wall Street bankers, Goldman-Sachs, CitiBank, RNC and DNC headquarters are backing the North American Union, a European Union styled merger of Canada, USA, and Mexico where Heidi Cruz, wife to Ted Cruz, wrote the NAU platform with the Council of Foreign Relations, a leftwing international think tank founded 100 years ago by Progressive Democrat President Woodrow Wilson. The European Union was also organized by George Soros.

The North American Union virtually dissolves the borders between Canada, USA and Mexico, dissolves our currency and economy, dissolves our Congress, and dissolves our national sovereignty to be placed under a Mussolini styled corporate/fascist state.

More on the North American Union, Ted & Heidi Cruz:
Ted Cruz - Wolf in Sheep Clothing!!! Christian Video Channel
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Kstyj5BTcM&nohtml5=False

The only candidate that does not support this North American Union is Donald Trump, trying to bring jobs back to America. The labor unions are split on this NAU between the private sector unions and the government labor unions.

Do you have any idea what open borders will do to our already struggling labor market in the United States? Do you like the idea of a One World Government pushed by the United Nations' Agenda 21, plotting to reduce world population from 7 billion to a "sustainable 2 billion" people?

This emerging corporate/fascist socialist state in the Western Hemisphere pushing the NAU and the Pan American Hemisphere, is not a coincidence.

Please consider taking another look at Donald Trump.

Appreciated...but I think Trump is just a con artist....and a salesman.....and he has no chance of winning ....he will lose NY, NJ, California, Ohio....just how can he win the general election ?.....it's impossible...and the Republican Party knows this.....they are in trouble....from top to bottom

But, if Trump is the Republican candidate....Hillary is the next President of the United States.....you can say " hag" all you like.....she will still be the President.....so, once again....what was accomplished??......people here should be running from Trump....a vote for Trump to be the Candidate, is a vote for Hillary to be President....she's not even that strong a candidate....why not pick someone that could beat her ?....makes no sense.....it's almost like the Trump supporters want to lose....if he is the candidate, the Republicans could also lose the senate....not much of a revolution

Look, we're being told the hag will win no matter what, OK?

Simply put, the answer to your question is:

Because it's the right thing to do.

Because we would rather fight this out than allow the fucking Establishment Republicans to think we're going to put up with more business as usual, and for better or worse the Dems need to blow up their Establishment as well.

Because every once in a while the political calculation, which usually favors expedience, isn't the one that a person's conscience agrees with.

The easy way isn't always the best...and battles are sometimes lost. Perseverance needs to be relearned in our instant-gratification society. If the hag wins I can tell you this...in four years, everyone who isn't sick of her now, will be. You can bank on that. :|

Well, they said the same thing about Obama.....and he got re-elected....

And you are not being told the Hillary will win no matter what.....Hillary only trounces Trump in every poll....not the others.....so, if it's the right thing to do , to support Trump, Hillary thanks you....
It seems that there really is no " revolution " going on....no " blowing up of the establishment "......just possibly putting another Republican candidate in place that has zero chance of winning ......I thought maybe some would get tired of that....I guess not.....

Bernie Sanders is still calling for a political revolution. Let's not count him out of the running just yet. A recent CBS News Poll shows Bernie beating ALL the GOP candidates. He enjoys a 17-point lead over Trump. The hag comes in second with a 10-percentage point lead over Trump. If the Democrats care about improving their odds against the GOP, they will wake up and pick Sanders.
