Thought you folks might be interested in the loss or gain of jobs under W and then under Obama. For those of you who want to push the blame for the recession onto Obama, this will be hard to swallow, though true. This is back a few years, but certainly reflects the transition.

Bush $38.00 per hour for educated and well trained techies while Obama $5.00 per hour at MCJOBS fast food jockeys uneducated and not fit for anything beyond grade school makes your comparison seen its true light.
You're entitled to your opinion, even when it is confused and wrong.

As I predicted, people who hold the sort of political views you hold cannot believe facts contrary to those views.

You wouldn't know a fact from dirty words my friend since your lack of formal economics training is so evident that there is no longer any need to take you seriously

Several threads, including one started by me, deals with American citizens being very negative in attitude. Put positive numbers up like this, and Fox News and Conservatives have trained them to think it is a lie. Has to be impossible, given the persistent gloom report of Rightwing media.

Impressive. Now do you know how many of these jobs went to American citizens? Bet you have not read this:
http://cis.org/who-got-jobs-during-obama-presidency Okay, I know you may not want to go to the article, so let me tell you 52 percent of the jobs are now held by foreign born. And did you bother about the statistics regarding the cost of living increasing while net pay has gone down? Hummm, how about the fact that the majority of the new jobs are only part time:

If this is all true why do we have the smallest labor force in decades? Why are more people getting unemployment for longer periods of time? Why are more people in poverty? Why are more people getting food stamps? With all the new taxpayers why is the deficit exploding?

The "facts" are that most of these jobs are low end, low pay, and in many cases part time also. It is a method of "cooking the books" to base your stats on "jobs is jobs." All jobs are not created equal. Creating a bunch of low pay, low skilled and part time jobs does not equate to an economic recovery, it means more people having to obtain food stamps.
