In the Internet, you will find all sorts of misleading falsifications of issues to promote their own interests. It is a lucrative business. And what youve presented was exactly what they are. May God forgive those who deceive other people!
If they have proof to what they are writing, let them bring it on to court, so they could get more money and ones and for all the problems will be cleaned up. They want to totally destroy the Catholic Church. Do you know who are the richest who owned mansions and hundreds of million dollars accumulated? There are those who preach on the pulpit using Jesus as the merchandise to sell to the people for more money. Almost all of them are living in mansions with assets several hundred million dollars. But that is with them and God. I am not condemning that, I am just saying facts.
Other Christian sects emerged in Europe during the 16th century. It was called the reformation. And theyve written their own versions, made many revisions and plagiarism of the original Holy Scriptures 2000 years ago.
Now, lets focus on the rest of your allegations about those issues long time ago, but timeline had expired. I help review policies of our local church, and archdiocese, ensuring that the failures of the past have been corrected. The church nationwide had spent hundreds of millions of dollars to make the wrongs right although, I don't believe those wrongs were purposely done by the church itself.
Some other parties like gays who were not vetted at the start but with different motives had polluted the system. Great efforts were made, but perhaps, not perfectly done since no one is perfect in this world. But the best efforts have been accomplished.
For those people who make all kinds of assumptions and allegations about the issues that they perceived was wrong in the past, would be impossible to perfectly correct in Gods standards.
I hope someone who know factual events still happening is sincere enough to do something good, I hope they let the church know about it. That will alleviate the church greatest hindrance and ensuring everything will be corrected.
To date, I see nothing wrong is happening in the Catholic Church. If you do, please forward it to the church so that it could be made right. The church tried its best, and until now anybody who could pin point something wrong and sincere enough to make things right instead of just spreading rumors of destructions and criticisms that hurt.
Nothing could be perfect and human errors exist even without knowing about it. I see that in many other Christian denominations also. I dont expect them to be perfect. So I dont judge them for their failures. Let God decide that.
Jesus said: 1.do not judge, lest you be judged. 2. For the way you judge, you will be judged, and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. 3."Why do you look at the speck that is in your brothers eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye? 4. Or now you can say to your brother, let me take the speck out of your own eye. 5. You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brothers eye. Matthew 7:3-5.
====================== br br In the Internet, you... (
show quote)
Regardless of the "internet", it did not molest children for years on end and then have it hidden or left unattended to for as long..The "Church" did know about it and took no affirmative action other than to move those involved to another location...
Take it from the history of its origin through any number of proven facts that many, many children beholden to Gods place were physically and physiologically abuse, period..Nothing takes that away, nothing..It was and is a despicable act, period..
I point referenced you to an article with plenty of learning information about just how the church was not handling anything..
Are you denying the things recited any number of times by many is an untruth?? Misleading falsification?? Really??
The church has admitted the acts and were, well before it got so out of hand they could no longer conceal it, "paying off to keep children and parent quiet...
"SÃO PAULO, Brazil After an internal investigation, the Vatican found the Rev. Fernando Karadima guilty of sexually abusing minors in Chile and ordered him to retire to a life of prayer and penitence, the archbishop of Santiago said Friday.
The ruling, announced by the archbishop, Ricardo Ezzati, said that Father Karadima, 80, would be relocated to a place where he would have no contact with his former parishioners or persons that have been spiritually guided by him.
The accusations by former parishioners against Father Karadima last year stunned Chile, a conservative and predominantly Roman Catholic nation unaccustomed to questioning its priests, especially one as revered as Father Karadima. He had trained five bishops and dozens of priests, acting as a spiritual leader and father figure for young men who later accused him of molesting them..."
This was supplied to you in my post...Some punishment this priest got for his hideous acts, don't you agree?? The church pays the parents off and the priest is relocated..You call that justice served for the marring of that childs' innocence and what he will live with all his life???
Do I know how many got rich using Jesus as their way to people?? No, not all of them, but certainly many..It is big business after all...I do know the Catholic Church has some 8 billion dollars in banks and own property all over he world, and have ridiculously ostentatious displays in the Vatican that clearly show its flaunting of significant art, marble floors, gold faceted bathroom handles.. Are you denying they do make a healthy living off their collections..8 billion is nothing to sneeze yet..So for them to have spent a couple million to work towards correcting the err's of the past , after years of cover up with 2 more reported 2014, while commendable that they are now taking action, they should have many years ago...You don't break bad habits over night and now at least fear that the Vatican will slap them on the hand, suspend or remove as is dictated by the facts and yet none have gone to jail because the church is handling it...Buy off in other words...
Here's another to read...May help you understand the worth of your Church...That is ~what is recorded and does not include all that fabulous ancient art they hold possession or the jewels they have accumulated over the many years or the artifacts they will not share with the public or the notes and transcripts of other writings about the bible etc..
http://money.cnn.com/2015/09/24/news/pope-francis-visit-vatican-catholic-church/ The Vatican Bank has $8 billion in assets
The Vatican Bank, which has about $8 billion in assets, has often been at the center of scandal and corruption since it was founded in 1942. Pope Benedict began the process of cleaning the bank up, and Francis has continued that work.
Vatican Bank accounts are only supposed to be held by residents of Vatican City and church personnel. But according to Gerald Posner, a Vatican bank scholar and the author of "God's Bankers," these accounts were often awarded to powerful Italian officials looking to stash money without paying taxes.
The bank closed over 4,000 accounts to weed out corruption and currently has a total of 33,400 accounts.
The bank, formally known as the Institute of Works of Religion, has made progress, but still has a long way to go in becoming more transparent.
2. The Vatican had over 1.1 billion off its balance sheet
The Vatican is a separate entity from the Vatican bank, and underwent its own clean up last year.
When it released its 2014 financial statements in July, the Vatican said it had more than 1.1 billion ($1.2 billion) in assets that weren't previously on the balance sheet.
The Vatican has two main entities. The Holy See, which governs the Catholic Church and the Vatican City State, which governs Vatican City.
The Holy See reported a deficit of 25.6 million ($27.9 million) in 2014, even though it received over 50 million from the Vatican Bank. Its biggest expense last year was paying its 2,880 employees a total of 126.6 million.
The Vatican City State is responsible for running the Vatican Museums and in 2014 had a surplus of 63.5 million -- nearly double what it was the year before.
3. The Sistine Chapel is for rent - kind of
In October 2014, the Sistine Chapel was rented out for the first time to the automaker Porsche.
Forty Porsche fans paid $5,900 to attend a gala under Michelangelo's famed painted ceiling as part of Pope Francis' Art for Charity project.
Whereas the average visitor is permitted only a short stay in the chapel, for fear of damage to the frescoes, the Porsche guests were treated to a private choral concert and a dinner in the exhibit.
Although money did change hands, the Vatican still contends it isn't renting out the chapel.

Yet more scandal, terrible isn't it...
I agree with you, let God handle the judgement if those whom are of false standings and deal with them as he will....
