Astrolite,
You can add my vote to your message, any one who actually kept up with the case wouldn't disagree with what you wrote.
(It's probably just the source of their info that is to blame for their views, the same source that "doctored" the 911 call before they put it out as news.)

I paid close attention at the time, and I agree with both you and astrolite. The evidence presented at the trial agreed with it, too.

More gibberish...please go research the facts, so you don't sound so dumb.

Old School, I tried to give my view on this...Read what I posted, can`t think of any more to add..to me this is a dead horse..I would think the outcome was what you wished for..I had no particular preference..I did try to tell you what I expected to happen..Not what I wanted to happen...I did not care...If you wish to keep posting on an old subject go ahead..I am more than done with it....If anything new comes up with Zimmerman, it may be of interest...For now, what do you think of the upcoming policy change with Iran? This seems a topic we could have a long discussion about..Have a nice day....

Yesterday someone mentioned something interesting! Remember 9-11, Three days later the feds came up with a recording from a sports nut on the Pa. flight! (let's roll?) Even then they were listening and recording EVERY phone call? CALEA was a Klinton "thing". How about the Martin case? I'll bet the NSA has a recording of what really was said by Martin to his Welfare Ho? But of course it must have been damming so they couldn't use it! Or, there was no call, just a coached, perjured, pack of lies! The NSA is being used to provide dirt for the democrats to use against The republicans, just like Hillary did! If not, they wouldn't be recording every call from every taxpayer!

You have obviously not paid ANY attention to ANY of the testimony before Congress. Do you not understand the term "metadata"?

Trayvon was a thug and got what he deserved. It irritates me that we have a few racist, liberal pricks on here who refuse to just accept that as fact, and continue to make unintelligent statements about "Zimmerman was stalking him."

RetNavyCWO,
We can each have our opinions about what the NSA is doing and to what degree, I suspect none of us "little people" know the real details nor the full extent of what is being done. Remember, the people testifying in front of Congress and telling us what is NOT going on are the people doing the deed. Can we reasonably expect them to tell on themselves if they are doing something wrong?
What we do know is that the POTENTIAL exists to provide overwhelming political advantage to any person/group (that would be the incumbent generally) who possess damaging information against their opponent.
The real question is, how do we keep this from happening? CAN we keep this from happening without having to depend completely on personal integrity of the government?
Next question, is the info collected of sufficient benefit to our security to justify the potential harm?
we have other methods, that don't depend on massive data collection of domestic information, to provide our security (which will never be 100% anyway.)
My feelings are that our security situation is not dire enough to warrant anything except VERY LIMITED monitoring of U. S. citizens.
You need to answer these questions for yourself.
