The problem with this country is there are too many people that do not know what the constitution says and they believe the mainstream and gov that want to take land when the constitution says the gov can not own any land other than the 10 acreas in DC and for gov buildings. So the land in this refuge does not belong to the Federal government any more than if a nieghbors decided that they want your land so they claim it as their own.The mainstream news is owned and controlled by the people that are running (ruining) this country. So if they want to keep their jobs the media has to tell it like the gov tells them to. The people are so dumbed down they do not know thier rights, Another thing is that people that do not own property do not understand the work and sacrifice that goes into keeping the payments made etc. I think some people that do not own anything are jealous of the people that do own land. If the gov gets all the land they want (agenda 30) there will not be any place for the cows to graze and where will you get your meat? This has big consequences for everyone. They want everyone living in 800 sq ft rooms and no one owning any land. Look up agenda 30 and learn what they are planning. These people are standing up for all of our rights and have risked thier lives and ranches to defend what is left of our rights. The man that was killed has a ranch in Ariz that the feda are trying take from him. Too many of you people make a bunch of stupid comments on this when you know nothing about it. The gov likes people that are stupid and follow along like good sheep obeying what they say. Wakeup

I am well aware of Agenda 21 and 30 and multitudes of other misnomers carried out by our corrupt government agents. No liberal progressive/communist has the mental power nor disposition to understand nor comprehend the Constitution and all it's papers. What article in the Constitution are you referring to? Apparently not this, from Article IV: "The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State."
