Why don't you take a close look at the enhanced video I posted tonight. LaVoy was gunned down not by one, but three govt. gunmen. The ranchers were set up and ambushed. Not one shot was fired by any of the ranchers. The govt. fired on them. LaVoy was a rancher from Arizona who was there in Oregon primarily as a spokesman for the ranchers and as an advocate for them in their fight for their Constitutional rights. These ranchers had chosen to take a stand. LaVoy was a Constitutional student -- not only did he know the Constitutional rights of property owners and ranchers, but more than likely he knew the real reasons that the govt was trying to literally steal the rancher's land -- uranium and water rights on their own properties.

If you are ignorant enough to believe that this govt is on the side of the people -- of any Americans -- you had better do some serious homework. LaVoy was a rancher like my grandparents. We always carried guns in open holsters visible on our hips, as LaVoy was in the habit of doing, but at this shooting, his guns were in the truck.

He did not reach for a gun in his jacket -- he was reaching for his side where the first shot hit him fired by the first "govt. gunman." He also pointed to the man who had just shot him. At the same time, he was shot by another govt. gunman on the other side. And then he falls to the ground (possibly hit again from the gunman who was behind him), and this third gunman then shoots him while he's on the ground to make sure that he's dead.

The ranchers did not fire on the govt. The govt. set them up and on their way to a supposedly peaceful meeting to discuss the situation and Constitutional rights, they were ambushed and their vehicles fired on. LaVoy was murdered in cold-blood by govt. gunmen.

Americans need to know the truth and the truth needs to get out far and wide. Most people have seen the video which was originally said to have been from a drone, then an FBI plane, and then even a helicopter (who knows??? the Liberal and mainstream media have been frantically trying to cover their asses, change their stories, call it a "shoot-out"-- which it definitely was not --and even call these ranchers "terrorists" when the govt won't apply the word "terrorist" to murders done by Muslim terrorists in this country!)

LaVoy was murdered in cold-blood by govt. representives. The enhanced video clearly shows this. Keep your eyes wide-open when you watch this. I am enraged by this so-called govt. in this country as all true Americans are and should be. This one hit me especially hard as I come from a ranching family on my mother's side. I am both heartsick and nauseated.

Wake up, Alicia. There are those of us Americans who will fight to our deaths for the Constitututional rights of all Americans. Call us whatever names you like. But we were born in a free country with liberty and justice available for all, and we would rather die fighting for our freedom and the freedom of our children and grandchildren than be subjected to the tyranny of communism, Nazi socialism, or God-forbid, Islamic Shariah law. Go figure. Watch the truth and let it sink in.

Watch the enhanced video I posted with your eyes open and your brainwashing on "off." This current government is not in any way standing up for the rights of all Americans. While the Constitution does, and the Bill of Rights does, the government does not. This current lawless goverment is too busy making its own laws and overstepping the Constitution constantly in order to create a communist/socialist/Islamic takeover in this country. Finicum, when he was weaing a side arm, wore it on his right hip. The pictures clearly show this--that is the ones I can still find on the internet because they are being removed to cover this fact up. He wore a large caliber pistol which was big framed, not a small framed 9mm. My money is on the 9mm being a government throw down.

IF Finicum had intended on a gunfight, I suspect he would have emerged from his truck with a fully loaded AR15 and would have been able to take down several LEOs with him. I do not believe the government's lying version of this one second.
