If She's So Convinced Of Barry's Constitutional Acuity
Maybe He Could Be On Her Defence Team

Don't Think It Wouldn't
Obama Set The Precedent For Declaring The Senate In Recess

True but it was not her idea to start with. Someone ion the audience posed the question to her. I don't believe that she wholeheartedly supported the idea. I still feel that Obummer will torpedo her run at some stage in the near future. Time will tell. :hunf:
I agree... they are playing nice now... probably because each has dirt on the other. However, if the FBI recommends indictment, it would be political suicide for Obama to block prosecution. Look back at the noise made when Clinton pardoned Mark Rich... this would be far worse.
It does remind me of when Gerald Ford gave a pardon to Nixon... when most wondered how you could be pardoned without a conviction. But then again, what everyone really wanted - Nixon out of office - had already been accomplished. The man was a psychological wreck by then and continued harassment, even though justified, was counter-productive.
How many will push for a legal battle if Hillary drops out and retires to ignomy? She may belong in prison, but would likely end up being given house arrest at most due to the problems of prison security. If she hides there on her own we will have saved the expense of trial.

House arrest and Killery, she would never stand for it as being cooped up with Bill for long stretches of time would kill her.
