They have been nibbling at the edges since Jefferson was president. They sided with the Axis powers during WW2 and there were some brigades of SS brigades made up of muslims light skinned Arabs were killing European Jews and trying to kill Allied soldiers and airmen stationed in N. I think your headline was misleading about what the statement Kerry actually made. Which was also put out of context by this article.
The article also urges you to make your own conclusion about further funding based on what you think. Your frame of mind is to project much more funding than the article reports. Which is only a part of Kerry statement.
Also I will ask.....Why has no comment been made about the US bombing and destroying the ISIS warehouse full of cash a week or so ago? Billions of dollars in cash destroyed and not a word from the Right wing.... Did not make you happy?

You are so correct...
In WWll, rather then fight for the Germans, they fought against the English and French..
They did have at least one SS unit which was murderous. Fought in eastern Europe as well as North Africa..

Umm, I hate to let you down but there hasn't been an administration in my lifetime that has not supported terrorists. Some terrorists we like, think Project Phoenix or the Contras, some we like but then change our minds like the mujaheddin and Taliban, and some we "love" like the current drone program we operate in over half a dozen countries. The United States has an even longer history of domestic terrorism: remember Sand Creek or the Seminoles or Navajo. But I do agree it's sucks because 99% of that terrorism will perpetuate the now fully out in the open Islamic civil war which will kill target mostly women and children. Then again you and your ilk should probably be happy cause it's less of "them." Me: it's just sickening.
