Not sure Greg, however our MT. Senator Jon Tester voter against it.

A number of conservative pundits and Republican Party members have accused Paul Ryan of stabbeing them in the back over the passage of the Omnibus spending package,
Did Ryan sell out or just do his job as speaker of the house?

I bought a 9mm with lazer sight for my wife on her birthday. She is going to take a course so she can legally carry concealed.
As far as spellcheck is concerned, I've given up on it. Must have been created by a liberal just to piss everyone off!

You bad....
A lot of people like the lazar..Had a discussion with Loki and a few about it..
I always felt, while nice to have it would deter my ability to remain diligent in personal marksmanship...I have since learned it may be good to add to mine..I have two....
Good for your wife...No longer a hobby type setting as we're seeing with terrorist invasions on our soil...It will only get worse, I fear.....

When I return from Colombia, I intend to buy one for my daughter as well. In the event that I'm not close when something happens, I want them to be safe!

So what's the solution?
A new Speaker who keeps his word.

Wasn't sure how you guys were taking the news about the budget, so far it seems unanimous, you're all pissed,
How do you feel about it?? Is it prudent?? Does it look at immediate or long term objectives??
What are the objectives of this Administration as you see it???

Putting this one or that one in is of no use.. Once they join Criminal Hill, they adopt the elitIst mentality we've allowed and forget who put them in office....
We have to make certain critical thinking areas of government less emotion for creed, pandering to the big money that truly rules countries anyway...
With our technology what it is, think outside the box and allow voting of critical issues to be based on what the best recommended "spread sheet or action plan " suggests..and only on those, nothing else...
Let technology tell us the success of whatever, and then a house and Senate vote, where majority rules period..
The House Speaker can compile the data, present only the findings as suggested by that data, period...
Not as succinct as I'm trying to expound upon but hopefully you'll catch it......

Thank you lindajoy for that. I am a loyal friend as well. I think about how nice it would be to invite all our friends to a gathering, including the liberals that we do converse with in a respectful way. I believe that it would be a step towards solutions. Opinions are different when it becomes a face to face disputation. The constitution was written under the same conditions. Putting a face to a poster is a way of leveling the ground work.
