Idiots sitting through a green light talking on their phone.
Idiots driving slow in the passing lane.
Two idiots driving slow side by side not letting people pass. (Don't even know there are people wanting to pass probably.)

OMG, You nailed a couple of my pet peeves, too! You can add being behind an idiot who thinks they can merge onto a freeway at 30 mph while traffic is cruising at 75 - 80 mph.
Or how about the twit that waits to the last six inches of ramp, turns on her signal, hits her brake and then merges over. Had she been paying attention or got off the cell phone, she would have realized you left an opening for her for the last half mile.
Then there's the bozo who sees you coming down the entrance ramp to the freeway, but thinks he owns it and refuses to make a way for you to blend in with traffic. This guy shows that courtesy is
NOT contagious.
Do you just love driving behind some sweet young nymph who has her rear-view mirror turned so she can look at herself like a bird in a cage rather than the guy behind her who's trying to push her down the highway in a 55 mph zone while she can't go over 30?
Don't you just love those blithering idiots who think just because they are making a right, they get to cut you off at a stop sign rather than take their turn in order?
One of my favorite things on the road is when we get about a half inch of snow on the grass - none on the road - and everyone acts as if they are trying to navigate in a foot of the white fluffy stuff on the road surface by going 3 mph. This is when I lose it. "This is Michigan, you idiot! Get the hell off the road!"
There has been a lot of talk about road rage, but they never mention those that cause it.
I may be an aggressive driver, but only when those around me act as if it's their first day on the road. I can't expect people to speed, but merely get out of the way if they are going too slow or speed up to the speed limit; While there's no shortage of idiots like I mentioned above, I still try to be courteous to those around me and follow the rules of etiquette on the highway. I have often said, "I have no problem with ignorance - it's stupidity I have a problem with." The idiots make driving a lot more dangerous and frustrating than it should be.
Lastly, I am going to buy a bumper sticker for my truck that reads, "Honk if you love Jesus. Text if you would like to meet Him right now."
