We need nothing less than martial law. oBummer is incompetent and treasonous and the congress and senate are not functional. Martial law would put a top General in charge who could appoint a temporary commander in chief and hold elections as scheduled.

Who is the top General in the USA?

Gingrich is right & I too wish he would have declared Obama a traitor to the oath of president. He is why we don't want a muslim in the WH any more!

If you are talking about active duty, Army General Martin Dempsey is the recent most Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was appointed by Obummer.

He would most likely be happy to tell Obama...Sir, game over....follow the marine in front of you...beware of the 6 behind you. You are under house arrest until Feb 2017. No questions, no phone...no pen..no Louis Farrakhan...no...you get my drift.....

Newt Gingrich will be sworn in as interim President until after the upcoming elections. All voters will present a picture ID to register and to vote.

You both are in top form, but to get the backing $$$, you damn near have to sell your souls...

I'm not overly smart and I only had "bad guys" backing me when I ran for city counsel (in the '70's), what a pain in the ass, I was so relieved when I lost and I could go back to doing what I was good at, ha...
