I have no doubt that Herman Cain was attacked for the same reason that Dr. Ben Carson is being attacked for now. The left couldn't stand a black man or woman getting the republican nomination. Because if the left disagreed with them not only would they be racists by their own criteria but they'd be twice as racist as those who disagree with Obama is only 50% black and Carson and Cain are 100% black.
