Just what did he say that is untrue? Socialism is in fact what he just described. Why do you think that the USSR which was communist/socialist and most of the socialist European countries have failed or are failing? The utopian idea of socialism where everybody is equal and everybody is entitled to a everybody else has on equal basis is exactly what socialism is about. Nobody goes without, everybody is the same, everybody has a wonderful life living in the utopian socialistic society. It doesn't work, it can't work, there were always be people who work hard and there always be people who do not. The problem with socialism is the person who works hard but doesn't achieve more than the person doesn't will stop working hard. That is exactly what happened to USSR that is in exactly what happened in Spain and it is what is happening and all socialist countries. IT DOES NOT WORK.

As far as allowing older people to die instead of receiving medical care, that is in Obama care program. There is established a review board of who can receive treatment and who just to make comfortable. It has already been implemented in VA hospitals. I know, that the VA does not fall under Obama care however, it is a government run healthcare system, and I know those changes have been made because I am a veteran and have talked to a doctor in the Veterans Administration about this. It is in the book of procedures that they follow. They have no choice, they cannot provide care to someone over the age of 70 in certain instances. That is the fact, if you don't like it talk to Obama.

How can so many people be so blind, none of what Obama is selling is new, but it's not ancient history either, not only does the government utopian system NEVER work, eventually, and this has happened every time it's been tried, after propaganda and then coercion fails to bring about the control this system needs, force is always the next step, it's all right there in history, over a million of people dead, untold amounts of misery, how can any sane person even want, let alone work to implement this kind of destruction

You are getting your information from the wrong sources. I'm not going to get into this all over again with someone else. There are no death panels, and there are no instructions to deny care to people over age 70. Complete fabrications! I think someone under the age of 40 or even 30 made this up...someone without a clue who thinks 70 is old! A nice try would have been to say 80 or 85, but 70?! LOL!

Personal experience......got a call that Lowes was selling doormats with the American flag on them. My sister in law said the rumor had been debunked by snopes. I went to our local Lowes......sure enough there were the door mats with the American flag. I asked the manager if she would kindly remove them. She was not aware they were in her store....she had them removed immediately....and the word went out to all Lowes stores to remove them.

Snopes debunked.
