That's a Ruckmanism.
Example
The news media will build up and international incident to start a war; then it will make sure the public sees all the horrible results of the war to demoralize them so the war will be lost.
Example
The news media will take a situation where a punk kid attacks a policeman (after robbing a convenience store) and is shot to death, and it will slant the report (or withhold certain facts) and make it look like "racism" so there will be riots and looting.
Example
The news media will show a video of a black man being beaten by five cops without telling you that his blood alcohol was twice the legal limit, and when ordered to pull over, he fled the police at speeds of over 90 miles per hour, threatening the lives of other drivers on the highways and in residential neighborhoods. The result? Riots, looting, businesses burned to the ground, innocent drivers dragged from their vehicles and beaten.
The news media will get you killed.
One more Ruckmanism
No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session. Mark Twain said that, and it is absolutely so. The job of the Senate and Congress is to take as much of your money as they can get away with, to pass "regulations" so you have no rights to do what you want with your own property, to strip you of as many liberties as they can and make you subservient to the State, and to try to "help you out" with laws like "Obamacare" until your very health and life are threatened.
One more Ruckmanism
If it does not make sense, there's a buck in it. If a law, regulation, or action makes no sense whatsoever, mark it down, someone, somewhere, is out to "turn a buck."
One more Ruckmanism
When science and philosophy light their candles all about, along comes the 1611KJV Bible and quietly blows them out. You cannot find one thing in the 23 million books in the Library of Congress, that worth's knowing, that is not found in a King James Bible. If you do, it will be trivia every time.

Some of the oldest stories of the Old Testament came from thousands of small cylinder seals depicting creation stories, excavated from the Mesopotamia period. These early artifacts and artworks (Dated as early as 2500 BC) established basis for the Garden of Eden story at least a thousand years before it impacted Hebrew mythology!
