As far as comments to Kennedy, Justice or injustice Kennedy was basing his decision on the 14th Amendment, as we're his fellow injustices.

While not defending Scalia's wording, from a legal position I find no possibility other than in defending his position and intent.

Rightie? I'm an independent voter with conservative beliefs on social issues and moderate on fiscal issues, grounded in my christian faith, Jesus my Lord, saviour, son of God, God come in the flesh to redeem mankind.
As for your and others interactions, I find no room for personal attacks of anyone's person, but am guilty myself of pushing button's, being caddy, which also distracts from any honest effort in maintaining the truth, facts, and evidence of debate.
What your asking is no more reasonable than holding your feet to the fire for negative responses I receive from "lefties". Having or sharing a common political view, does not imply the same levels of ethics or morals and in the specific instance racism which I do not share. I believe racially motivated slurs/attacks are founded on ignorance, and have no tolerance for hate.
Based on the liberal definition of loathing the occupant of the Oval office, any (anyone) that has diametrically opposing views/beliefs of obama and his policies, believes he is destroying our country, freedoms, rights and so on, a ND on is a racist (period).
