I am starting to see a pattern here.........
Ft. Hood shooter Nidal Hasan- Registered Democrat- progressive liberal
Columbine shooters Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold- both families- registered democrats- progressive liberals
VA Tech shooter Seung-Hui Cho- Registered Democrat- progressive liberal
Colorado Theater shooter James Holmes- Registered Democrat- Progressive Liberal (was actually a staff member on the Obama campaign)
Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza- Registered Democrat- progressive liberal
These were all tragic events and I am no way trivializing them in this post, but after hearing all of the Democrats calling Republicans/conservatives Killers, Terrorists, etc. I found this information quite interesting. Now, who are the killers and terrorists?

I believe youre onto something here. After reading many of the posts of liberals here its pretty easy to see that their beliefs come from some very deranged minds. I dont know how it would be possible to keep guns out of the hands of just liberals though.

Though this link does not provide what I believe is a thorough debunking of the claims in your thread, it does give one sufficient pause. But I am more curious about the intent of passing this info on: is it an attempt to completely demonize the Left, make being a liberal the same as being a crazed killer? What is the pattern: being a liberal leads to being a mass murderer? Anyway, here is the link:

Having been to both tea party meetings and democrat political meetings, I've seen and heard much more hatred at the democrat meetings!

Thanks, rum, for doing the research. Seems like right winger bloggers make a stupid, false and easily disproved statement, and then the baggers publish it as fact.

PLEASE, next time, research what you publish. Thanks.

And what? This hatred is okay? I would say that you have not been to enough meetings of either group.

I would hope you'd also admonish those on the left who blame these outrages on individuals from the right - like all those who blamed Palin for the goofball who shot the congresswoman.

Dave, and what is your opinion on this thread's claims? (As to the deflection about Palin and her crosshair targeting of that congresswoman for her seat, that was ugly and irresponsible to say she had anything to do with the act of a mentally disturbed individual, and I said so at the time. Stopped watching two broadcasters who pushed the point. So what does that say about this piece?)

The suggestion that either the right or the left are responsible for nuts is simply incorrect regardless of who makes it - and when one objects to such irresponsible charges from only one side while remaining silent on the other - one is as guilty as the person making the false charge.

Thanks for proving our point, Vernon.

It was not Palin's fault the congresswoman got shot, but putting her face in crosshairs, saying reload, was irresponsible, as it got the crazies going. I think Palin was irresponsible, and think that most people would agree. I do not belive Palin has used such references in her literature after the shooting. I do not belive Palin intended the congresswoman to be shot, but Palin did show a lack of foresight in using the literature she did, and that lack of foresight made many relieved she has been relegated to a footnote in history instead of a heartbeat from the presidency.

"...been relegated to a footnote in history instead of a heartbeat from the presidency': very nicely put. Her reaction to the criticism is what really hurt her: defensive and blaming. Had she simply apologized and expressed her concern and grief over those attacked, she would have secured herself as a serious political voice. But the consciousness that can conceive of using such symbols as crosshairs on opponents has a difficult time understanding the objection. Partisan war is not an American ideal nor in anyway helpful to the functioning of government. The imagery speaks volumes about the disposition of the heart.
