God lived within Israel for 4 milleniums as the Old Testament states, as well as the Torah, and the rest of the Jewish books. They constantly turned their backs against God, k**led his Prophets that God spoke to the Jews through, up to manipulating the Death of Jesus Christ, God's own son, the Spirit of God in the flesh of Jesus Christ, how ever you want to put it. The Spirit of God walked among them, healing them with miraculous acts of Love, Mercy, and Kindness. How did they repay the Love of God that dwelled within them?
So, why would Jesus Christ come back to them in full view of the world??
This is how you read and understand Scripture: This OT,
Isaiah 54:1-2, "1 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD.
2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;"
In interpretation- this is speaking of Abraham that did not have a child with a Caucasian woman, a Gentile. He had a child with an Egyptian, his own wife Sarah, and then 6 sons with a Canaanite. "But Not" a Gentile woman.
Gentiles then become people linked to God by "Faith", and called Adopted children. The Children of "Faith" become more, or many, then the woman whose lineage eventually birthed Jesus Christ. Through out History, the Jews spurned God at every corner.
The Apostle Paul, designated by Jesus Christ as the Apostle to the Gentiles was by his own Trade, "A tent maker." Genesis 9:27, 10:1-5, Acts 18:3.
This is how you read Scripture.

it's somewhere at the beginning of this topic so go in reverse and start at the beginning. It's there! and it refers to a persona named Jesus as coming to Israel
