OK, aside from who's on first, I checked legs, I checked heads, I figured out the extra guy was appearing in the second column from the left but I still can't see where he comes from. There are no parts left over when the shift to twelve occurs so where do the parts to make another man come from?
Anyone got an eidetic memory? This has been driving me nuts for a week. Send this out so we can find someone who can figure it out please!

It adds a person in the 2nd row from the left and does not replace the top of the mans head on the left side. Watch it really closely and you will see where he comes from. Very simple if you watch closely.
