Taking somebody's money without permission is stealing, unless you work for the IRS; then it's taxation. Spying on your neighbors is invasion of privacy, unless you work for the FBI; then it's National Security. I had a friend who had a few thousand dollars taken out of his banking account without due process. No courts, no nothing. He was behind with the IRS or the VA during the Obama fiasco. One day he looked at his account and it was all gone. they just took it.
